Excellent service! On time, efficient and gave our house a very good clean. It made moving out of our house really easy! Highly recommend cleanzy!

So bad that I suspect the positive reviews are fake.
Expect a random person to turn up with zero equipment and zero training. Not professional at all and terrible customer service!

I purchased a 3 hour clean and paid extra for the cleaning professional to take their own equipment - the cleaning professional turned up at my home with one cloth and a spray bottle of bleach (!) and did a terrible job - it was clear that he had not had any training / any experience cleaning at all, after many back and forths with customer service team I eventually just told the man to leave. After complaining to the company I have not received any email back

Avoid this service - its a good idea but the reality is that these cleaners are not vetted in any way and there are no controls in place to ensure the person turning up at your door is in fact capable of doing the job

Not reliable at all. They cancelled on me twice at the very last minute.

Worth every penny. Super fast, superb job out cleaner had our oven and kitchen and bathroom gleaming like new in time for us to move out and hand the keys back. She was extremely proficient and a joy to have in the house. Just wish we had found out about her sooner.

Unreliable and feels like a scam!
I booked a clean for the date I needed and they took the funds upfront. On the day of the clean they cancelled saying that no one was available. I was left without a cleaner that I urgently needed and they had taken funds upfront which I now have to wait until the refund is processed. So unprofessional and I would urge anyone to stay away.

We booked and paid for an end of tenancy clean that didn't pass inspection and we then had to pay the property company an additional £260 for a proper clean. Avoid.

Don't bother - signed up for a regular cleaning service but the cleaner did not turn up for the first appointment and we were left chasing Cleanzy as to why this was. Lost all trust in the platform and could have easily been solved with a simple email from the company to let us know. Have requested an immediate refund.

Booked this service as I was busy and needed my place cleaned. Nobody showed up at the scheduled time. Contacted them and they told me the person was sick and not coming but they didn't let me know. I asked for a replacement and they said they wouldn't send one but would offer me 25% of my next booking. When I complained this wasn't good enough, they cut the conversation. I never write complaints publicly but this needed it! Don't end up in the situation I did with no one - use another company and save yourself the hassle and stress!

I booked several days in advance for 3 hours of cleaning (as I had guests coming round) - all seemed straightforward (although website is very basic which seemed a bit suspicious). Half an hour after the cleaner was due to arrive, they email saying she's sick and offer no alternative. Completely useless - don't use if reliability is important to you.

I was impressed by how unphased my cleaner was with a pretty filthy house left uncleaned by previous occupants. She did a great job!

After searching around for removal companies when we had to move out and having no luck, my husband stumbled upon this company. The lady over the phone called Alice was super helpful and we were all booked in. The day came, and I was worried as we had so many heavy things and lived in a flat with stairs, but OH MY GOD, the three removal men were fantastic. They took all the heavy stuff like fridges, sofas etc up and down those stairs with their bare hands and were so friendly and polite. They helped us load and unload all 50 boxes we had, and we were so impressed with the service. I think the main man was called Vitali but all men were great. I am so glad we found them and would recommend the removal service at Cleanzy.

The company is organised, efficient, properly insured, reliable, staff punctual, professional and hard working.

Ripp off. We ordered an end-of tenancy cleaning and paid extra for oven and terrace cleaning. The cleaners arrived on time but when we got back to the flat 4 1/2 hours later to collect the keys, we found that none of the work was carried out. The floors weren't swiped, windows not cleaned, the oven not cleaned, etc. - but instead we found cigarette buds in the empty planter on the terrace. The cleaners had gone and only their "supervisor" was there who tried to cover up for the mess that her cleaning team left behind (using a handheld vacuum cleaner). All of our cleaning materials had gone so we had to go to corner shop to buy cleaning materials and had to do the entire cleaning ourselves, which took us 4 hours. Cleanzy do not have a contact number and all comms were by email. The supervisor disappeared after we complained and our requests to conduct a recleaning on the same day were not responded to. They offered a 15% refund - but obviously this does not compensate for non-delivery of a service that we paid for

I paid £130 for an end of tenancy clean with Cleanzy. The day before the clean, they said their cleaner was ill and asked to reschedule, offering me a 15% discount. As I had already moved out of my house, I arranged for the cleaner to pick up the keys from the concierge and let themselves in on the rescheduled date.

A week later, I went back to the flat to check, and saw that the cleaner had never showed up. There was a layer of dust and dirt all over the house. However, Cleanzy still CHARGED ME THE FULL AMOUNT, and NEVER BOTHERED TO TELL ME THE CLEANER HAD NOT SHOWED UP.

I called their "live" customer support but was told to email them. I still have yet to receive a reply. My old landlord is now charging me extra to clean the house, and I am several hundred pounds out of pocket. Do not use this service, they will cheat you out of your money.
