Awful

Awful - I had booked cleaning services but no cleaner has showed up. This is the 2nd time in a row this happens and as a customer I have no available recourse. Live chat is inactive, phone line is busy and my email remains unanswered. This is extremely disappointing especially when I was charged the fee upon booking, rather than after a service had been rendered.

The worst cleaning service I’ve ever tried

Booked a cleaning service, the cleaner didn’t come and she didn’t reply to my dm as well. Speaking with the client service is impossible. I had another appointment booked but I cancelled because of the first terrible experience. When you cancel a service you are supposed to have the 50% back but I’ve never received it. Never never never again. Scam!

I am so done with your website

I am so done with your website. Really want to cancel the service but your ux design broken. The cancelation modal is giving you either option to 'cancel' or 'exit' which both just turn it off. How on earth you can design this? You should fire the whole product department...

I do not want your cleaner to come anymore and I wish to cancel service and have a refund! Instead of pleasant experience I am stuck on sending you multiple emails and trying to call customer service (obviously number doesnt work).

Zero star

Couldn’t give them zero so I had to give them a 1 star. Customer service is absolutely poor, I’ve been trying to email them for the longest and yet still waiting for a response. It’s giving Avoid Accountability energy.

Booked a regular bi-weekly cleaning…

Booked a regular bi-weekly cleaning service, and but no cleaner ever showed on any of the 4 appointments. Twice the email alerts said that my chosen cleaner was not available so they'd schedule another, but no follow-up emails to say that they had, and yet they still took payment. The other 2 times a cleaner was booked in they never showed. Had to email to get a refund from the company, but had to threaten to report this website as a scam to my credit card provider to get a full refund for all 4 appointments.

I am a part of Cleanzy team as cleaner. But I don't know what,s happen with the app? From 4 Nov I cant to make a connect with them, Whatsapp not working and there is robot directly, when I have a issues i cant to tell them. My regular customers wondering too They cant to connnect whit them. They willlost customers, if they not make something.

WARNING: Taking money but no longer in business

WARNING: This company is still 'booking' and charging for cleaning but looks to be out of business. Booked an appointment via their app. Even received a reminder email and my card was charged. When no on showed, I went back to the app and the appointment has disappeared--apparently with my money. Currently reporting to my bank and apple as a scam/fraud.

Hello
My regular weekly cleaning professional has consistently been excellent- well done to her it has to be said!
On the actual booking app & customer service side it’s absolutely a dismal experience & service received from the team - ever since there recent upgrade one cannot either speak to anyone or do anything extra life reschedule a booking for post festive season!
For this reason I’m leaving this service and app completely!
I will no doubt find another service in this competitive market place

Stolen money

Soldi rubati, customer care inesistente, organizzazione pessima: spesso il professionista delle pulizie non si presenta.
Mi hanno fatto pagare 50 euro per il servizio, ma senza mai erogarlo.
Ho inviato 4 email e provato a contattarli per telefono senza successo.

Stolen money, non-existent customer care, poor organization: often the cleaning professional does not show up.
They charged me 50 euros for the service, but never provided it.
I sent 4 emails and tried to contact them by phone with no success.

Don’t give them your money

Customer service is unresponsive and I was only assigned a cleaner 24 hours before my scheduled service. I had already had the cleaner and knew i didn’t want them and yet was told if I cancel any later than 9am the day before my cleaning I would be charged the full cost of cleaning. But I didn’t know who would be my cleaner until after that?! How can that be acceptable. ABSOLUTE TRASH. Wish I had read more reviews before paying.

Cleanzy = very bad service

I would like to know how to report this company that who is only stealing money and does not respond to any kind of message and complaint ... since we consumers are not here to be fooled I would like to report the fact to the police and I REQUEST a refund of the money because they took my money without even the service cleaning.
Sucks!

I am one of the cleaners with…

I am one of the cleaners with Cleanzy,the problem with the agency started this November. I think the Company has folded up and the address on the website is fake. No response to emails and all the phone numbers are disconnected. We the workers are ready to work,we can't see when the services are booked because you can't log into their application. The other cleaning agencies in Milano are as fake as they come,when you apply to work with them and they find out that you have worked with Cleanzy,they will reject your application,maybe,they are also planning on scamming people someday. My sincere advice to you is to remove your credit card from the platform. The application is run by Robot these days.

Customer support LIED about covering…

Customer support LIED about covering expenses of damage in our flat. Since then has not responded, no matter how many times I have reached out. Appalled by this company. They caused expensive damage which we are now having to pay for. And the indecency to not even answer my emails is absolutely shocking…

Cleaner damaged our carpet and dodged paying for it

Cleaner damaged our carpet, they then promised to pay for the carpet and then ghosted us! Have not responded to 6 of our emails. We have all the photo evidence of what happened and communicated this to the customer support clearly. This was acknowledged by them clearly and they committed to paying for a new carpet and then when it came time to pay for it they began ignoring our emails like pathetic cheap cowards. Disgusting service with ridiculously inept cleaners. We were nice and tried to be patient but this is the lowest of the low. Can’t spare 100£ for a carpet you yourself damaged? After acknowledging it, apologising and promising to be pay?

We are going to report this criminal pathetic company as well. Shameful and silly
