Packaging was great and the lights fit perfectly in our space.

We had a glass shade of our brand new pendent lamp broken by contractors during a renovation. We didn’t want to buy the entire lamp so contacted Claxy directly. We sent our Amazon order number and the found us the replacement shade. Their response was within 24 hours and it was a great relief to my wife and I to solve the problem in our rental unit before the main summer season begins. We love their pendent lamps.

I like the fact that you answered me when I asked a few questions, but I wish I could’ve gotten a hold of you by phone that would’ve made it even more memorable for me. Now I would like to buy two of the shades that went with those sconces lights, they are very nice, but this one shade is a little bit broken in so I just want to buy two extra sheets to have for now that’s it

Excellent fast delivery and promised great light and beautiful

I ordered a light that was marked for exterior use. After speaking to my electrician he informed me that in order to be used in a covered porch and properly handle humidity and other non climate controlled indirect issues, it needed a UL Damp rating. While inquiring customer service assured me that it was suitable, but after pressing more, they informed me it was dry rated only - but somehow still suitable for exterior use - completely against the guides of UL and my electrician.

I tried to return the item but was informed shipping of $120 would be my responsibility.

So to recap - they fraudulently marketed an item which I purchased - when confronted with the facts and safety issues of installing a light that was not properly rated for the use in which it was intended, their response was to pay $120 to return their item.

I never ordered on line one day and had my purchase delivered in two days. Bravo. BTW, my ceiling light was installed the next day, in a few minutes, and now that my lights are back on ... I can see what I'm working on. Thank You. Stephen

Our lights were so beautiful and the customer service was just as great. We accidentally ordered 3 times more than we needed and didn’t realize it so the company reached out and asked us about our duplicate orders to clear up the confusion. They refunded our money quickly and I was so appreciative of them for catching it! The lights were shipped in a timely matter and were easy to install.

There was a question about the color of the item. It appears to be bronze but is listed as black in the description. I submitted a question but never received a response. I was hoping for the black one but got the bronze. I will keep it anyway but that should be clarified on the website or at least answered.

The product was much better than I thought it would be. It was everuyrthing they said it would be. Howebver we need to return it because the size of the light in our great room kitchen was too small even though it was 7 inches. The cracked glass was heavy and the copper was beautiful. I wished they made it in 11 inches or larger. I really thought the 7 inches would work. I will buy from them again because of their quality, quick shipment and the excellent protection of the light for shipping.
