Just received a Velux pole from these guys which is great.

I contacted them via their web contact page to see if they could provide an invoice, which they pretty much did straight away. I was half expecting the usual AI generated auto responder to tell me how long I might have to wait to get a real person to actually do something.

But no! A real person dealt with it straightaway. Great work guys. Thank you

Terrible

Terrible. Installed them with a hand man to make sure they are fitted properly and neither window blind stays down. No matter how much I try to alter it or fix it. It’s been a week and still can’t get them to work. Contacted customer services and no response.

Lovely blinds, easy to order and easy to install. Needed blinds for a second velux window. Much cheaper than the velux blinds and exactly the same design and quality as the velux blinds I originally had.

Great service and Product

Great service and product. Assisted with sizing as it was for KeyLite roof blind. Delivery was prompt and the item was fitted in 20 minutes.
Complete blackout of daylight with the lighter mornings. Less than half the price of the branded equivalent. Really pleased with the purchase

Very pleased with the blinds to fit the Velux windows. They worked out cheaper than buying the Velux branded but still do exactly the same job!
Purchase online went smoothly and they arrived within 2-3 days.
Fitting literally took less than 10 minutes. Looks amazing too.
Will definitely be using this company again.
