Needed to get a return shipping label as the online one wouldn't accept my order number. Chelsea verified my info and promptly issued the label via email. She was very cognizant of my time and apologized for the inconvenience.

Tried to get a free return shipping label but Clarks wouldn't accept a Quebec zip code. Phoned and was immediately helped (in French) and upon asking got an email with the required label.

Great Customer Service
I had to return the beautiful boots I ordered as they just didn't fit. Return process was easy but the refund was not processed until I contacted them. Marian W took care of it right away.
This is the second time that a refund hasn't been processed when the returned package was received at Clarks. Both times it was cleared up immediately upon contacting customer service. Their customer service is great, but their return receipt process definitely needs improvement. I wouldn't have noticed without looking at my credit card statement. I wonder about how many returns are never credited because people forget to look at them.
I have been wearing clarks for over 20…
I have been wearing clarks for over 20 years and when i ordered a new pair they came in small. I called clarks and was cut off 4 times. I called back again and explained my situation and she told me they dont sell that shoe anymore. I asked if we could find a shoe similar if i send her a pic and she said go look online and order them. Horrible customer service.

Long wait for refund, good customer service
I ordered 3 pairs of sandals which had to be returned for size (should've paid more attention to the reviews). The return process was easy however after 3 weeks I still did not receive a refund. I called customer service, was on hold for a reasonable amount of time (13min) and Angela A. addressed the issue and resolved it immediately.
Painful return follow up process...
I bought a pair of boots but they didn't fit the way i wanted, so going through the website return process was quite easy and simple - after a couple of days, post canada confirmed delivering the return with signature, all was well. usual process is 7 to 10 business days as per website. it had been over 14 and no news from them - tried 2 email contact - nothing.
website has a number that dont work to contact. finally got one that work. First attempt, customer rep found an excuse noto to process my request and had me hang up to try again ( stating i called in UK??) i use the same phone number again, this time the lady is helpful and very nice. she helped with the delays and process and everything worked well. She is the reason i raised my raiting, but sadly this experience doesnt motive me shop there again. :(
I thank the second Lady that did make this work, she made this awful return something much better.
Horrible experience
Horrible experience. I ordered a pair of Clark’s shoes in 6.5. They sent me one size 6 shoe and one size 6.5! I cannot wear them obviously so have sent multiple emails with absolutely NO response. I have called their customer service line to only get an automated response, EVERY time, which says they are updating their phone lines (for the past 2 weeks). There is no way to talk to anyone to get the correct shoe size sent. Will never buy from this company again. I have requested a charge back from my credit card company as this seems like the only option considering how awful Clark’s customer service reply time is (if they ever reply to customers).
I then get a reply from Grace below, not offering any solution, but rather telling me to contact social media!! Lol.
Aside from Grace demonstrating clearly the horrible customer service at Clarks, she’s also showing that they are assuming all customers have social media accounts. Too bad for those who don’t! No avenue to contact them without social media.
