I bought a pair of shoes on their website as they presented such a good advert with doctors, advisers others singing the praises of their quality products . When they arrived they were of very low quality in my opinion and were far too small. When I enquired about returns ,it opened a can of worms ,firstly return them to the USA ,me paying ,answer a form with loads of questions . Almost impossible to do.
when I asked my Bank for advice Painfree immediately started court proceedings against me .
Please, please dont be fooled by this company ,they are awful, their products not as described .
My advice is DO NOT BUY . BUYER BEWARE
Temu sell the same shoe with identical marks on heel welt for £10
