The Lowestoft store is always a friendly and helpful store to visit. Today we went for shoes for my 4 year old daughter. Laila was super helpful, kind and friendly to my daughter and made the whole experience very enjoyable. We bought two pairs of trainers and Laila gave my daughter stickers for being such a star! Thank you! We will be back!

Laila was wonderful and so helpful assisting my daughter and I. She measured her feet for her first shoes, got all the options available and was very kind!

Lexie was a trainee and did a great Job being guided by her colleagues! Thank you!

This shop is more helpful than most of the bigger stores I’ve been to with my sons. Great work!

First class customer service from Lily today in the Lowestoft branch, she was kind an patient with my lively 4 year old grandson and made sure we got the shoes which suited and fitted him the best.

Seen to quickly with a friendly lady named Zoe, got the sizes I needed from the stock room, I tried them on with a pop sock offered by Zoe, got the pair and size I requested and paid.

Excellent service from Kate today at the Lowestoft store. Friendly and efficient staff and a £20 discount - what’s not to like?

I visited the Clark’s store in Lowestoft specifically to get some shoes. Both members of Staff were very helpful and friendly and Lynzi helped to find the right size in the shoe of my choice. I was also advised of the promotion that was running which enabled me to get a bag too with a £20 saving. Great all round shopping experience!

Excellent experience at Clarks Lowestoft yesterday. Jo looked after my elderly mother in law and she ended up with a lovely pair of shoes. At 80 years old she has never spent more than 25 quid on a pair before so spending over 3 times that was difficult for her but as I said buy cheap buy twice and she is extremely happy with them. We can't thank Jo enough for her help.
