Lily in Lowestoft store was very helpful in measuring my two grandsons feet and getting new shoes.
Experience felt relaxed and I went away confident they had good shoes that fit well.

The staff in the Lowestoft store were really helpful especially Lily who served me she made sure my shoes fitted and I was happy with them. She pointed out the offers, which saved me quite a bit. I will be going back again for my next pair of shoes. Great staff great service.

The customer service that I received today from Jo at the Lowestoft store was outstanding - she was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. It is unfortunately rare to receive customer care of this standard these days. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this store in the future.

Excellent service from Jess at the Lowestoft store today. She gave excellent advice to help us buy our grandson's first shoes.

My partner was at the end of his tether, we're on holiday,his legs/feet swelled up (due to illness), not being able fit either of his shoes, trainers on without a problem. Jess at the Lowestoft store put us at ease, very helpful, professional and a godsend.

Quality shoes always. Got my granddaughter a Bluey backpack too - she loves! I'm work at a hospital and only wear Clarks shoes for ultimate comfort and safety (ie kicking brakes on/off hoisting equipment etc). Worth investing a bit more on ones feet - value for money in that sense.

Lily at the Lowestoft store was a great help in finding my young daughter the shoes she needed. And extremely patient. She also let us use the store staff toilet when my little one was desperate.

Lily who served up was very polite, friendly and came across as nothing was too much trouble.

Very professional, I find it hard to find shoes in my size and Lily and Lindsey at the Lowestoft store did everything they could to find the perfect pair of shoes for me!

I went in needing help to find footwear to help my foot problems.i was recommended to try a shoe that would give me good support. The assistant was extremely knowledgeable about my particular foot problem and had no hesitation in finding me different styles to try. I was served by Jo who was extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable. My partner was so impressed she also took advice and bought a pair of shoes. Thank you Jo

What a difference an employee makes!

Our daughter is not the best with strangers and it can be challenging for new environments for her.
Lily was super patient with her , kept calm through the screams and was so extremely helpful in sorting out orders with shoes not available in store on the day.

This experience will make us return to Clarks for future shoes

I visited Clarks shop in Lowestoft on 20th September 2025. I was served by a young shop assistant named "Lily", she was courteous, polite and very patient, I tried on various shoe sizes, I never felt rushed into making my purchase, but was dealt as a valued customer.

Jess at Lowestoft was great with my autistic daughter, she struggles with sensory issues and shoes are a big hurdle. Jess was so patient and calm and kind, she tried lots of variations to find what worked and made us both feel at ease. Thanks Jess x
