Great experience overall. The shop offers a wide selection of quality doors, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience. Visited the first time to view doors for over an hour and they weren't trying to force me to make a purchase just helped with any questions I may of had very freindly.
On the second visit they helped me with my final choice for doors and handles as i dont know much about doors.even purchased some timber seeing as they seem to be cheaper than everyone else . Delivery was sorted very quickly too.
They did recommend a few independent door fitters but getting a family member to do it.
Overall good experience and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Made me feel quite at ease and very helpful and friendly. Thank you

Have had internal doors fitted with them previously which were brilliant. And recently had ply floor for my van conversion supplied and cut to shape for me by them.
Excellent quality products and super friendly service. Highly recommended.

The service was deplorable, went in to enquire about some internal doors, the two behind the counter just carried on talking about another job and kept us waiting, they finally called Jan who I spoke to and gave her my details "ok I'll get back to you" nothing, this is the second time of enquiring and nothing they obviously don't need the business, well they won't get the recommendation either in fact I won't bother with these again

I had my doors fitted today, they are very very nice, however the doors I have were not my first nor my second choice, they were my third choice. If CJSmith Doors no longer work with a supplier, they should take that particular suppliers brochure off their website and out of their showroom, likewise if any doors they have in the showroom are discontinued they should be removed. My next and biggest complaint is the fact that I was NOT told that fitting was extra. Imagine my surprise when I was asked how much extra I had to pay for the fitting. They should not assume that ALL customers know that fitting is extra, it was mine and my husbands view that fitting was included in the price we paid. They are very bad at answering their phones, I rang showroom and the phone just rang out for 10 minutes, messages left on mobiles go unanswered.
