The person doing the talk was so loud we couldn't even talk to each other as a small group. We couldn't see any of the points of interest he was talking about while sat downstairs. Only the top deck were able to have the view. In previous years it went to Bishopthorpe Palace the home of the Archbishop of York and turned around. No longer do you get to see places of interest, but we learnt how much the fees are for St Peters school which to us wasn't interesting. We felt the boat trip is not value for money when compared to the time when it was the York Boats. Will we go back.. No we won't.

I purchased the e-scooter for my sons birthday and it turns out that it is not durable and not of good quality. Previously the mud cart fell apart, which I didn’t report but now there is an issue with the battery. It charges but as soon as you turn the scooter on it cuts out and the scooter doesn’t start. However when you try reach this company the phone listed on website is incorrect as it only has 5 digits after the code and they are not responding to emails. I am thinking of reporting them to trading standards as rogue traders under the sale of goods act as you are obliged to repair, replace the good with in reasonable time.

14 reviews and all excellent here seems fake to me or they got their family to write them?

Has anyone else been in touch with them successfully and has a phone I could use to get to them.

In the meantime don’t buy and waste your money.

I'm changing my previous 1* to 5* only because of the supplier recent communication and explanation of the difficulties they have over Brexit and Cobid-19!
