I needed to change the date of birth on…

I needed to change the date of birth on my ticket with two different airlines, as well as resolve an issue regarding a stroller. At CitizenPlan, they responded to my first inquiry within 8 hours, and to my subsequent questions almost instantly. With the second company—I won’t mention its name—I waited over 48 hours for a response... Thank you for the excellent support! I’ve never seen anyone respond to questions so quickly.

I'm angry that on an 11 hs flight the…

I'm angry that on an 11 hs flight the entertainment was off. We could not view films on that very long flight, it was very boring! Normally has long flights entertainment and normally we get a meal and a drink included. Nothing. On the booking site was no information about this and no option to book a meal!
But if you mail them for flight information they answer very quick.

Got no e-ticket number- still flight worked

First time i booked over a cheap website « last minute.com » , i just received s psydo booking reference, with which the airline was unable to find my booking- even not with names.

So i got very confused and worried and reached last minute and citizenplane customer care- and they said everything will be alright. And actually my flight went smoothly.

So, first I recommend you to not book over edreams or last minute, but if you like me don’t get a e-ticket number, don’t worry.

Good Service Overall Despite Baggage Fee Issue

Everything went smoothly until I had a problem afterwards at the baggage drop-off point because the airport's system didn't show that I had already paid the extra fee for baggage drop-off. Annoyingly, I had to pay the extra fee on site. I then reported it to Citizen Plane via email with photos of the receipt, flight ticket, and, previously, the booking confirmation. It was resolved quickly. However, I communicated in English from the beginning, so I can't say what it's like if you contact them in German. In my case, everything I contacted Citizen Plane about via email was taken care of, and I received a prompt response.

Efficient and helpful booking change

Our booking in Egypt needed to be changed. We got in touch with an agent (Nadir) for Citizenplane. They got back to us, passed our issue to the airline, and made the necessary changes quickly, while keeping us reassured.
