Had to talk to two different people
Had to talk to two different people, Ariz the second guy was super helpful but the first guy Sully/Solly was so slow and then disconnected me from the live chat while I was walking to the laundrette to get the info he wanted. Man wasted a solid half hour of my day with how slow he was

Over charges for machines that are always breaking and dryers that half the time leave your clothes sopping wet. Absolute rip off, would rate lower if I could.

Customer service is great
Customer service is great, I spoke with Sophia today as I needed help with a refund (my own fault, not the machines). She was absolutely great, and got the problem sorted within minutes. 4 stars because I have had some problems with the machines in the past, but generally they’re absolutely fine, and terminal use is definitely the easiest.

Bad wash but good customer service
The service itself is overpriced and the clothes are honestly never washed or dried well. But the customer service is great! Beth helped me get refunded for a faulty wash and dry, since I got charged but the machine didn't start. Thank you!

Customer service was great. I talked to Curtis for a request to transfer my credits from old circuit laundry app to the new circuit go app. The conversation was smooth and straight to the point without any delay.

Do not pay through the app unless you’re comfortable risking your money. I attempted to contact support multiple times both by email and through the app but kept getting a “try again later” error. It took several days before I was finally able to reach someone. When I did, Anna informed me she couldn’t issue a refund due to their 48-hour reporting policy, despite the fact that I had made multiple attempts to get help within that time frame.
This experience was extremely frustrating and the support slow and unhelpful. I would not recommend using Circuit and suggest choosing any other laundry service.
