Sally helped me today to get a refund, she was really nice and helpful.
But unfortunately these dryers are horrible!! Feels bad to ask for refund this often but I just can’t keep wasting money and time every week.

Rubbish
Rubbish, so unreliable. There's always an issue with their machines actually working and when you have an issue their customer service is too bureaucratic to get anything done. When the app changed they had a ridiculous fee to get a refund and you had to literally call in to get that money refunded or transferred to the new app. You can imagine how frustrating it was and how many hours on the phone it took. Anyways my washings wet after two rounds in different machines, my hands broken and im carrying heavy damp clothes to go hang them around my tiny room like a muppet.

Double Charge on app
This is the third time I have been charged twice for one wash cycle this year! I reached out to the support team each time the first two times they helped but today when talking to Travis he was very dismissive and just stopped responding. It's really frustrating because laundry is already so expensive at £3.90 for a single wash let alone being charged double and then also needing a dryer cycle at £2.40, that already £6.30 for one load. Honestly worst company in terms of customer experience and relationship management just because the clientele are students.
