We could not believe how fast it was and so simple. I have never had any
place that worked so quickly. I idd think the interest rate was a little high, but when it is finished and fast it is worth it. We are planning to pay it off
when our crops come in, so it won't be too bad. We are just thankful for the help right now. We are farmers and had lost our entire crop last year, and did not know where to turn. Thank You So Much...Such nice people to work with too.

In searching for my debt consolidation loan, I reviewed several offers. CircleBack Lending was rated by the Better Business Bureau. The experience was easy. The transaction was quick. I was able to supply necessary documents on line. It funded as promised. Communications were frequent and appropriate. I trusted the process and I appreciate the professionalism.

The amazing thing about obtaining my loan is that 90% was done on line and 10% by phone. A very easy and painless experience. This was by far one of the best loan processes in the marketplace today!! I would highly recommend CircleBack Lending to those who really need to accomplish things in life but do not have the ready reserves to take care of it. Well done.

I was a little skeptical at first because of all the documentation needed, especially a color copy of my driver's license. I did finally send my color copy of my license by mail rather than the internet. This took longer but was safer in my opinion. My loan officer (Angelo Rodriquez) was very patient and professional with all my questions and there were many. My loan was approved shortly after my license was received. My only negative statement is that I could not set my payment date. It was set at one month from the approval of the loan. This could be improved by being flexible with the start day of the month. Thank you for a good experience and approval of my loan. I will deal with this company in the future if the need arises and highly recommend their loan process.

initial offer was true to form, no smoke and mirrors. Process was relatively easy, a quick confirmation call after the online line application finalized things. I think it took about a week start to finish.
My only complaint is making it easier to make additional principle payments. I realize they are in business to make money like anyone else, but there is simply no easy way to make additional payments on this loan.
Offer a mail in address or something. Currently you must call, speak to a representative and change your monthly withdrawal in order to pay more. Then you must call and change it back. It feels intentionally challenging to make it happen.

First they said they would be able to fund my loan in two days, it took them 6 days! The contact person, Donna Keel, was good at sending mail messages but not in answering them or phone calls! If you want to wait, they eventually get to what they promised but this is in spite of their contact people. If you can work through someone else, please give them a try first.

excellent service, fast process

The process was simple, yet thorough. Wow!

CircleBack Lending offered me the amount of loan that I needed, with a great rate, for the length of time that I desired. They followed up each step of the way offered an online site to check the status of the loan application and subsequent loan payments. Everyone that I talked to at Customer Service has been great at answering my questions and following through. The loan funds were deposited in a timely fashion.

My only negative is that the online site does not allow me to make extra principal payments at my leisure. There is no prepay penalty and I can make extra payments, but I have to do so by calling customer service. Doable, but not as convenient at my own leisure. Also, I was not able to select my payment date. It was pre-selected based on the funds disbursement. These are minor inconveniences for the many positives that I received.
