Great company..needs some technology advances
The CircleBack team was very professional and helpful every step of the way. The only reason I am unable to give give five stars is due to the unsecured process of not protecting sensitive customer data. It is required to send all sensitive documents using email which is not secure and not encrypted. This puts the customer at risk and confidence in the company is diminished. Please consult with your IT team and develop a secure upload portal for your customers to upload sensitive financial information.

Needed a large sum quickly
I found myself needing a large sum of money pretty quickly to avoid much larger fees and penalties. I'm glad I found CircleBack Lending. They were able to get me the money I needed in less than a week. The communication of what to expect and what they needed to make the loan decision was very clear. My loan analyst was very friendly and answered all of my questions and concerns. I was presented with several offers and I was able to select the offer that best met my needs.

Quick and easy
The title says it all, quick and easy. I submitted application on a Saturday morning. The loan was direct deposited into my account the following Friday morning. Donna kept me well informed of the process by phone and email the entire way.
I would recommend this service to a family member or friend.

Excellent!
Application process through the website was simple and straightforward. Everything was easy to understand. After a short, very reasonable wait of just a few days, we were notified of the loan decision. Funds were deposited into our account quickly. I worked in the traditional banking industry for many years, and I can tell you CircleBack's process is much more efficient and much less stressful than borrowing from a typical bank. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the service CircleBack provided, and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing this type of loan.

Easy As Pie
The loan process was very fast and the Customer Service Representatives I spoke to were very pleasant! I received a very good rate which was much better than the local finance companies. Almost no paperwork and the money was deposited in my bank account within 2 days. I wish all lenders were as good as CircleBack Lending.

Excellent experience!
I needed a little money to consolidate some credit cards and didn't want the hassle of going to my bank for it. So, I looked at a few other options and saw that CircleBack Lending would be a good fit and it was. I was led through a very brief process of information gathering by a loan agent named Keisha and before I knew it I was funded! Couldn't have been easier.
