I previously purchased a Honda Jazz from Cinch 2 years back. The whole experience then was first class. No delivery charge, new set of floor mats included and an ‘dodgy’ stop/start battery replaced wi... See more

Would never recommend. Absolute failure on all fronts:
Delivery: Arrived a full week late due to their own delivery failures.
Mechanical Issues: The engine was overfilled with oil, the brake discs were pitted and scored, and the ECU wasn't bolted down correctly. Clearly, no real Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) took place.
Cosmetics: The car had body damage not mentioned in the advert. When questioned, they lazily blamed it on "age-related" wear.
Take your business elsewhere. I certainly won't be back.

We brought our first electric car from Cinch, we got excellent service from Devina at sales department. Our delivery was arranged via purchasing through the link quick & easy. On the delivery day we received many updates from Mr Steve who was Exceptional. Steve guided us through our first electric car step by step. He is excellent professional and an Asset to Cinch.

Great communication, everything was explained really well. Delivery driver was so helpful.

The preliminaries were great; able to deal with the financial aspects easily; bit of a trial uploading the number of photos. as requested, but communications were spot-on. New car arrived nice & early, and talk through was very thorough. Only slight hiccup was getting the V5C number, but a quick 'phone call sorted things

Very happy with the service from everyone at Cinch, and I’m so happy with my new car. Thank you to Kamran for delivering my car to me safely this morning and for being so helpful.

The part exchange and handover was very easy, the staff were courteous and helpful, however the car could have been better prepared and presented in a cleaner condition.

I didnt want to give a 1 star but it was only way to advance the page.
Bought a car 2 weeks ago and still waiting for it to be delivered cant get hold of anyone apart from email and even that takes them days to reply. They give me a delivery date and last minute on said date they cancel without reason.
Ill update this review once/if the car turns up but im not very hopefully. Stay away from this company

Do not trust this company. I bought a Peugeot 2008 from cinch, and it has turned into an absolute nightmare that has left me constantly overwhelmed and in tears.
The car is only 3 years old, and I have driven it for only about 1,800 miles in total. It has now been completely grounded and unusable for nearly two months because it is a total mechanical hazard.I proceeded with this purchase entirely because cinch made explicit promises that the vehicle would undergo a comprehensive pre-sale inspection and a full service to ensure it was completely roadworthy. These promises were a total lie.
Cinch delivered this 3-year-old vehicle with a supposedly "completely clean MOT with zero advisories" that their own workshop conducted right before purchase. This MOT was a complete and dangerous sham. An independent national garage inspected the car just a few months later and confirmed the front brake discs are excessively corroded, deeply scored, and completely unsafe to drive. It is an engineering impossibility for a nearly new, 3-year-old car's heavy steel brake discs to rot and gouge to this dangerous level in just 1,800 miles. Cinch broke every promise they made, passing an unroadworthy, dangerous vehicle through their own internal safety checks just to force the sale through. It gets worse. I have since uncovered cinch's own internal corporate workshop paperwork from just days before they sold me the car. It proves that the "service" they promised was actually a rapid oil flush completed behind the scenes. They deliberately used a fresh oil change to temporarily mask a severe, pre-existing internal engine failure and quiet the noise on this 3-year-old vehicle just long enough to drop the keys on my driveway.Unsurprisingly, less than 1,800 miles after relying on their false promises, the engine completely disintegrated inside. Multiple independent garages have now verified severe internal component destruction, with heavy, solid chunks of broken engine material contaminating the oil pan. This nearly new car now requires a total engine replacement costing nearly £6,000.When I challenged cinch under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, their Customer Relations team issued a final rejection. They are maliciously trying to hide behind a "6-month rule." Because I had owned the car for 7 months when the issues started, cinch is blaming the timeline and claiming it is my job to prove the fault was inherent at the point of sale. To break their own pre-sale promises, blame a timeline, and demand impossible technical proof from a customer when a 3-year-old vehicle suffers a catastrophic engine meltdown at 7 months and under 1,800 miles is disgusting corporate behaviour. They are completely ignoring the absolute proof that they actively covered up a catastrophic defect before delivery. To make matters worse, the extended warranty company they set me up with, Assurant, refused to cover the essential diagnostic teardown costs.Because of cinch's absolute failure to provide a vehicle of satisfactory quality or durability, I am left with a multi-thousand-pound piece of broken metal outside my house. The MOT expires next month, and because cinch refuses to recover their broken vehicle, I am now forced to pay out of my own pocket to rent private land to SORN it just to avoid council fines.Cinch sells unsafe, unroadworthy cars, breaks their pre-sale service promises on nearly new vehicles, and uses legal loopholes to abandon stranded customers. I have handed this entire chain of corporate negligence over to The Motor Ombudsman for a full vehicle rejection and a total cash refund. Avoid cinch at all costs.

I had a great experience with Cinch. Darcie was amazing throughout the process, keeping me informed at every stage and providing regular updates on the timelines for the parts. Her communication was excellent and really helped manage my expectations.
Nick was also fantastic. He quickly identified and fixed the fault without any fuss, making the whole experience eventually straightforward and stress-free.
Thank you both for your excellent customer service and professionalism.

Buying my car through Cinch was so straightforward and stress-free. I part-exchanged my old car and got a great price and the communication was great with regular phonecalls and detailed instructions of what I needed to do with regards to tax, V5 documents etc. Zaab delivered my new car and took my old one away and was so helpful, even after his journey from Derby to Burnley in the middle of a heatwave! My new car was pristine and Zaab took time to talk me through all the features as it was the first electric car I'd had. I would 100% recommend using Cinch.

Had a small problem with water getting into one of the tailgate lights. This was sorted very quickly. A technician came to look at the problem, and a new light was ordered the same day under warranty and fixed within 2 weeks.

What a fantastic company
Made things so easy from start to finish
You have to ask them the quality of the car before you purchase but the 14day no quibble return deal, where if the car isn't as expected you can send it back. More than fair in my opinion.
Delivered on time, lots of contact all the way throughout the process.
Don't listen to the negative reviews, they are just being picky. our experience amongst 1000's of others was great
Would 1000% recommend Cinch to anyone and will definitely use them again.
Keep doing what your doing cinch, fantastic company

Honestly 5 stars all the way. Cant fault this purchase. Tim from the Washington hub did an awesome handover despite my vehicle being relatively unique and unfamiliar. Easy. Straightforward and simple. A veritable cinch as it were. 10/10 can’t fault.

Handrix Foya delivered my car, the car was in excellent condition, his knowledge of the car and how Cinch works was impeccable. Gace me details about what happens next and what to do if I decide I don't want this car anymore. He made this process very easy and j would definitely recommend using Cinch and I will definitely use Cinch again.
