Really great service, didn’t pester us at the show room and was really honest. Ian Neal who I dealt with while part exchanging was really lovely and great! Sophie (at Derby) was also lovely and helped show me round lots of different cars and was very honest!

Buying a car from Cinch was very straightforward. All our questions were answered quickly. Having the car delivered to our home was very helpful and we were kept in touch about the delivery time.

The first car we tried to buy for home delivery was cancelled during the delivery slot by cinch because of a scratch on the bonnet and the air conditioning not working. Given the supposed pre delivery checks that take place it’s a little unbelievable this was only noticed at the time of delivery. However, we ordered another car which arrived as expected and seems fine, but the service history was not with the car. I asked for a copy of the service history and was emailed a useless pdf which was a copy of the website information and nothing else, no receipts etc. Supposedly, cinch serviced the car themselves but could provide no actual record! So, I think they don’t check or service the cars before delivery and information on the website about service history shouldn’t be taken seriously. We have kept the car because we like it but will be getting a service with someone else in as soon as we can.

Went to view the car and liked it so agreed to the sale but didn’t realise I couldn’t take it away there and then so agreed to collect at a later date, emailed the sales assistant when I got home that day and asked if I could move the collection date forward and was told no problem it’s all booked in and will be ready only when I got there to collect the date hadn’t been changed and I had wasted 2 hours and fuel luckily Ian was there and arranged to the car to be dispatched the next morning and had it delivered that afternoon to save me going back there so all was not lost the car is as described and I’m happy that they managed to sort everything out for me

Who knew that buying a car could be so easy?? The car was as expected following the photos and description, the information and ease of getting the paper work in place was seamless, and the handover quick and easy. Thank you Cinch!

Great service cant complain, would use them again

My wife called Cinch to ask about an MG4 at the Derby EV centre, she booked an appointment to go and see the vehicle. A confirmation email was sent with the following words included “Your car is ready and waiting. We've secured it just for you so no one else can snap it up.
And while you're counting down the days, get to know your MG MG4 with a full 360° virtual tour.”
Half an hour before leaving home for the viewing my wife was left a voicemail to say vehicle had now been sold.
That’s how you build trust with your potential customers.

Most of my experience buying the car was good: the people I spoke to about the car before I bought it; the person I met and spoke to when I collected the car; the car itself is good. My only reservations were the cost of transferring the car from Derby to Brighouse and the cost of the car - the dealer premium. I've been looking for a car for 22 months and you have to 'bite the bullet' sometime.

Great priced car in really good condition. Really straight forward process including delivery and part exchange. Would recommend to others.
