I'm having a terrible experience. I've been trying to contact customer service for over four days, but no one is responding. I advise against using this website; they are extremely unprofessional. It's impossible to contact them or inquire about your order or your money. I'm going to contact PayPal now to get my money back.

IT took a long time to get my cigarettes and an letter came in today that the cigarettes are taken by the customs. I asked about this before I ordered and now they say there is no refund. So don’t order here because it’s a lost of nearly €200,-. They aren’t willing to help you. Lost of money 🙁 scam if you asked me.

I didn’t say it was scam, but this is not a normal way. I don’t have anything and don’t get my money back. That is easy money making and an easy way to say fu and we will keep your money.
I didn’t place the order, you did. I didn’t agree online because I never placed the order online, so didn’t agree to the terms.
Would like to have my money back. As I didn’t place the order online and agreed to the terms. And it wasn’t told per mail.

I have been buying from cig spot for over 2 yrs,other than the funky pics on the cig boxes, they were top notch, I would have gave then 5 stars but there shipping sucks now. I dont drive So having to go pick my cigs up at the post office is a big pain. since I work long days im not home to sign for these when they arrive, Other than that they are great.

I have ordered 3 times from this company, and the first 2 times although the cigarettes took a long time to arrive, and no tracking was provided they did arrive as promised. The fake names, product descriptions on the packaging (computer parts!), and need to send money via WISE not my bank did start alarm bells ringing, however I did order from them again. The third time I ordered from them, a fifth of my order had been removed from one of the cartons before packaging. I contacted Henry, who swiftly got back to me with an acceptable resolution. I would use this company again as the customer service is good.

Was kept updated on delivery time. Parcel arrived in good order. Always get a prompt reply with queries.

Unfortunately, the wrong type was sent; a return would be too complicated.

Brilliant - had a few issues making payment, but once that was sorted, package arrived within 2 weeks. Would absolutely use this service again.
