These guys are legit. The only online provider for this product that I have found to be constantly reliable, honest with good selection. Great communication also. I have been ordering from them for some time and never had a problem. They provide working tracking so you can see where your order is. I am glad I found them.

Literally had my order delivered 19 days from the date I made my payment. MUCH faster than I expected. Arrived well-packaged and exactly as ordered. I will personally be visiting their website again as well as recommending CiggiesWorld to my friends and family!

I was pleased to revisit the deliciousness of djarum blacks. I had received the import slim size that comes 16 a pack in the past. I was just pleased they arrived! Until I can get the big fatties in the square box of 20's, I'll keep coming here. Love the black tea and keep the cookies coming!

This website is legit I place an order for the first time I order some Djarum cloves and I actually got them I had not taste one since 2009 the aroma is unique simply amazing. Anyways since my order was internationally it did took literally 30 days to arrive
But I guess it’s okay time considering the fact that they say it could take up to 45days. Very happy with my order placing my second order

I ordered 2 packs of Marlboro purple burst on December 29th 2021 and got the package yesterday on January 18th, the package came on time and they even send cookies and tea.

there advertiseing is misleading, A lot of their cigs only have 12 per pack. By the time you pay for shipping it will cost you about seventy dollars a carton for cigs that are poor quality. You are better off to buy a off brand at local store. This site is a scam.

I have made a number of orders of these scarce and otherwise unattainable tobaccos. Orders have been reliable and when I did run into a misplaced order it was immediately resent, always with tracking #s and confirmation emails.

As a first time buyer I am very satisfied with my orders it came sooner than what i expected so that's a plus,the items came in a sealed package and i also got a couple of freebies lol, I will be ordering more as soon as im ready. highly recommended thanks guys

1st time customer of Ciggiesworld. Overall happy with my experience. Great customer service as 1 of my items happened to be out of stock but they more then made up for it by including 2 packs of something else already ordered. Shipping is a bit slow but everyone ordering overseas should realize that. Just try and be patient. Glad I am able to sample different packs that are not available here.

there is no place better- 2 years now- no problems- even during pandemic took longer by boat but still received - even with shipping savings is huge - if u love cloves like me they are the best

This was my first order and I must say that was completely positive experience. The order was sent via registered tracked service from Indonesia and split into 6 packages. The order was sent gruadually, day by day, and was received in different days. I'm glad that this was done all separately, as I didn't have to pay to Customs anything. One of those six packages was unfortunately lost in San Francisco. Helpful customer service resent the package free of charge and the replacement was just received. It took about a month to receive it, but it couldn't get any better because of Covid. I really recommend this site CiggiesWorld, I already placed new order and the tracking already shows it's on its way to the USA again! I know I will have to wait a month to receive it but patience pays off! Thank you CiggiesWorld for your excellent service!
