Great service , full house clearance completed today Steve & his team where here at 7 am as promised & emptied our house of 20 years of old furniture & loads of junk, they also was able to dismantle my display units & wardrobe which was too big to take out whole, they cleared my 3 bedroom house in 6 hours - what a amazing service, I would highly recommend using their service if you need a house clearance.
Excellent team of people came to my house and cleared out my garage and unwanted junk. Very nice people that work hard and get the job done. Would use them again in the future.
Grifters. The man who came by quoted us 180 quid to take our boxes. He then came by and demanded an extra 200 despite quoting for it after receiving images. AVOID - we got scammed. He then unloaded the boxes on the street demanding payment.

Hi sorry you feel this way - Today we arrived at your property as arranged on the 7th floor flat on a red route - before starting the pick up - we noticed that it was over double the volume & also included plastic & polystyrene & some rubbish, we had already disclosed all extra volume charges & extra item charges if required on the pick up to you before you booked , we also told your friends - which we did not realise it wasn’t you until after the job, who told us to proceed which we did & cleared all the waste - once all cleared & loaded to the truck sitting on a red route box on Baker Street NW1 - we then established you wasn’t their & it was your friend & some one else, we thought was you, so we both your friend & I called you but no answer, so i then said we was happy to take the extra items back to the flat on the 7th floor - but was told no that’s all ok , so we issued a waste transfer note & receipt & that was signed off as a completed clearance.
Feel free to call me - and to make you feel better we have refunded you £200 - even though we cleared double the amount plus extra streams of waste.
Quick quote but sky high .. £320 for 3 items!!!!!! Skip costs the same ! Try your local council also. £55.

This company and especially Emma who works there have restored my faith in humanity. I contacted her about a ball my dogs have been trying to destroy for about 3 years, finally a very small split appeared in the joint. Can you believe Emma sent me 2 new ones. This is what I call service above and beyond, Thank you Emma and Chuckit.

I was impressed with how quickly this company responded to my request for a quote for removal of some items from our office. The price is reasonable and they were able to pick up either the same or next day. Very friendly and professional and incredibly efficient. I would not hesitate to use them again, for both the business and for any personal removals for my home.
