I have been using Chubb for 10+ years the alarm had registered a faulty pir sensor and I reported it via phone. It was replaced that afternoon. All the staff I dealt with were friendly and professional. Very pleased with the service.

We have been using Chubb for years to service and maintain our FFE, we find them to be reliable and honest knowing our school is safe if we ever have the misfortune of having to use and of the equipment.
