GO FOR THE BEST - CHUBB
I have been with Chubb for a very long time. On the very rare occasions there has been a problem (I can only remember one, but I am sure there may have been another in the mists of time), it was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The regular check-ups are excellent. We have had the same person for many years, which is great, as he knows the house and we are not having to show him around.

Engineer helpful but............
Engineer was helpful but then asked if he could use the skip in our yard to dump a box of DVA equipment which we declined - for a nationwide company I would have expected that Chubb should have their own facilities and procedures for disposing of waste generated from their works and surprised that they had attempted to pass on disposal costs to a client.
