We have contracts with Chubb for…
We have contracts with Chubb for various services. On this occasion it was the keypad door security system that was the problem, meaning that the only way in or our the front door was to use the key.
I telephoned Chubb, was quickly put through to the correct call handler, who organised an engineers visit and advised that the engineer would be here within 4 hours max. In fact he was here within the hour and solved it within around 15 minutes. The engineer was smart, polite, carried his ID, was approachable and didn't mind explaining what the problem was and what he was doing.
I have no complaints at all, it was all very quick and efficient - exactly as I would have hoped late on a Friday afternoon when I was waiting to go home!

Disappointing service from call centre
It took 3 attempts across 3 days to arrange a visit after a fault was reported, leaving us unable to set our alarm system fully. When the engineer did arrive, he was proactive and thorough however.

Chubb is reliable and responsive..
We rang up and a very nice lady listened to our problem and made it possible for me speak to the engineer on our phone and he guided me what to do so I could read what the fault was so he knew what he needed to do when he got here.
The engineer came as soon as possible and replaced our battery so our alarm would work again.
