Great experience with this company. The tree was lovely and delivered in time for Christmas.

Christmas tree kept falling over and died quite quickly.

I bought a three foot tree with roots. A 4ft 6 tree turned up.
I thought i'd cocked up so reordered, and paid for a second one.
I told them.
A 2ft tree turned up.
I told them.
They said the right one was on its way.
Father Christmas and the f'ing elves on shelves came and went.
Father Time passed through, 2025 buggered off and my wife's birthday happened.
Twelfth night came and went, decorations came down.
Now, 7 Jan... 25% of new year resolutions broken.
So many things happened.
Still no tree.
I've asked for refund...
I'm not holding my breath. Easter may happen....
Tread carefully with 'Craig' if that is even his name.
Scrouge and the Grinch conspired to dissapoint two girls...
And me.

Tree came a little later but the tree was good

The tree was lovely and I couldn’t have chosen a better one myself. It arrived quickly and when promised.

Delivery was not as booked - I booked delivery to the room but the driver left it downstairs, I was offered collection during the booking process but apparently the company doesn’t do collection. The tree was cute but not the quality I would expect for the price. Very misleading!

Tree was thick and smelt nice. However was assured a semetrical tree and mine was not straight and leant over to one side. Also needles dropped but advertised as limited drop. Disappointed overall and for the money could get better.

Perfect tree and service

Tree was delivered within 2days of ordering.Good price, purchased in sale ,for a very healthy ,good looking and thick tree.Very little needle drop.Have purchased trees from this company before and we planted last years tree in the garden.Love it.This one will stay in a pot and will look great by our front door.

The tree was left at my doorstep without a knock on the door, which would have been appreciated. When I brought it inside, it was covered in leaves from other trees, and small insects quickly spread onto my ceiling and floor. For the price I paid, I would have expected the tree to be properly shaken and cleaned before delivery.

Bought the spruce wall spray. Fantastic value- more branches than in the website image. Very easy to hang and filled the living room with a lovely Christmas scent. Delivery fast, excellent packaging- will be buying again next year. Brilliant! Thank you Christmas Trees Direct!

Everything arrived in time, very well packaged, fresh and beautifully done.

The wreath felt like it had been treated or sprayed in something. As a result had a plastic feel and a dreadful smell. I tried to return it but didn't get a reply. Really poor customer service.

Quick delivery & a lovely tree.

My order was never delivered. The courier company failed to even attempt delivery even though I scheduled it four times. I initially received a response from Christmas Trees Direct, however they have failed to respond to my latest emails. Extremely dissappointing sevice. No Christmas present delivered, no tree, no refund and no response.

Tree stand arrived broken so I emailed them and had an immediate response and they sent out a new one which I received 2 days later. Really good customer service!
