No real Christian forums exist

The Administrator, FreeInChrist, has multiple accounts. They're all negative and good as flame bait . Seven Seas Rekeyed was another name. Then he had it labeled as banned.

There is no truly Christians only forums that are filled with real Christians.

There's a site Biblical Truth forum. Cult think comes to mind. Its owner is "David".
He answers questions with copy and pastes he's found on Bible scholar sites that post Scripture that pertains to a Christian religious topic.

He isn't qualified or capable of teaching, though he pretends.

Example. What was the real din of Adam and Eve?

He'll find articles and then post a dozen scriptures he thinks answers the question.
They don't. And he cant.

If you do know how to interpret Scripture, and dare to,you'll be warned.
It's cult like because "David" never concurs with any member who posts in Bible topics. You either now and scrape and agree with him,or you're wrong.
If you're Christian, don't go there. If you know how to read the Bible you will be attacked.

Jealousy, pride, selfishness, arrogance, hubris, hate. The sins of David are many.

I was a member of CF for more than 20…

I was a member of CF for more than 20 years, serving both as general membership and on staff. Over time, the community became like a family to me—imperfect at times, but meaningful nonetheless. I valued the thoughtful debate and engagement that took place across many of the forums.

I later joined the moderation team, where I assisted in drafting several Statements of Faith and served two terms as a Chaplain. During my tenure on staff, I gained firsthand insight into how reports were managed. It was during this period that I became concerned about what appeared to be inconsistent and, at times, targeted enforcement practices.

On one occasion, a Supervisor (Hark!) was reported seven times within two days by the same individual. According to established policy, repeated reporting of that nature should have resulted in a warning for misuse of the reporting system. Instead, disciplinary action was directed toward Hark!, and all moderators were temporarily restricted from posting for 30 days.

Additionally, there appeared to be a coordinated effort behind the scenes to remove Hark! from staff. That effort was ultimately unsuccessful due to significant internal discussion and the intervention of other staff members, including Hammster, who identified what he believed to be clear bias in the process. Subsequently, however, Hammster—who was serving as a Site Advisor—was himself removed following a staff campaign initiated by the same Advisor, and without any apparent avenue for recourse.

This experience left a lasting impression on me regarding the importance of consistent policy application, transparency, and accountability in leadership structures.

I left just recently because this same Advisor refused to stop a racist trope, I stated why it was offensive and it was summarily dismissed.

Moderators confrontational, rude and generally obnoxious

I don't think it's run by real christians. The moderators are confrontational, rude and pretty obnoxious.

One wrote a little story where I think they implied I was a nazi and they were some sort of hero??!!??

When you look at the topics of discussion - it's all drivel. Inconsequential nonsense.
I suspect those discussing anything of value, were bullied off the site by moderators. And so you have a load of people discussing nothing.

Wrongfully banned

A New Owner took over sometime in 2023, so bad reviews before then do not apply. I found the site over-moderated, more concerned with providing safe spaces for a dwindling number of users, than permitting real debate. I teased a moderator in a private direct message his claim to running a spiritual war forum was a Saturday Night Live parody, with chickens clucking sound track and I was banned for months!

Not Recommended for True Christian…

Not Recommended for True Christian Fellowship

ChristianForums.com is not a place I'd recommend if you're genuinely seeking biblical truth and authentic Christian fellowship. I shared straightforward truths from the Bible and was banned for life without explanation. This experience left me deeply disappointed. It appears that the site operates more like a business rather than a platform focused on sincere Christianity. Be cautious if you're looking for meaningful spiritual connections or biblically-grounded discussions; you might find yourself unwelcome there.

Niceness and Numbers.

I gradually ran afoul of the mods as they came to understand better what I believed. The mod with whom I had the most conflict was of a "progressive" bent and determined that I would subject myself to her "niceness" standard which was, essentially, her own personal preference. Though I had been a much appreciated poster at CF, contributing to various forums for a decade, it only took one mod demanding I be just as "nice" as she to eject me from the site. There was great irony (and hypocrisy) in how not-nice the mod was in her interactions with me. The very "compassion" in dealing with fellow posters that she was determined I have, she entirely abandoned in her exchanges with me. And as I pressed her to give a biblical basis for her standard of "niceness" in the example of Christ and the apostles in the NT, her claws really came out and in short order, despite years of posts and near a thousand accumulated "thumbs up" from fellow posters, the mod banned me permanently.

CF.com is not only a growing nest of "progressive" liberal "Christians," but is, above all, a business. And as such, CF.com wants as many members as possible. This means, of course, that God's Truth, which is necessarily exclusivistic, and narrow, and sometimes direct and unflattering to sinners, must be muted and the voices of worldly "compassion," "tolerance," and "unity" be encouraged to soothe and simper in its place. CF.com intends to make money; the salvation of the lost, the healing of spiritual sickness, the discipling of the spiritually-immature is secondary to generating profit. And woe betide you if you write anything that might limit that profit!

When a "Christian" organization starts chasing after numbers rather than God, when they pursue Grand Totals rather than Truth, they become exactly like CF.com: Very "nice," very all-embracing, but far from Truth and very ungodly. Beware.

Got my third strike

Got my third strike. So no more access. Christian is a loose term here. They cater to many religious groups.

There are some good sections for people needing advice or who have depression, and such. The advice there can be good.

There are groups that you cannot post anything but questions in unless you are of that group. That's fine.

But they don't allow you to block them out and they post those limited group posts for all to see as news. Why? Why would I want to see something that I disagree with or cannot challenge? Makes no sense.

There are a lot of very immature posters there. That is expected. But they belittle, indirectly attack, spend all day posting accusations at you, etc. (SoulX and Daq). They are the ones that run the place with their reporting of you. So it is a bit like Hockey. The instigator is rarely addressed. So rudest and mostjuvenile pretty much rule the roost there.

When you are reported. There is never a comment about things being addressed with the opposite party. Not response to what you were responding to. Like it has no bearing. Even good parents explain that they are addressing this with both you and your sister.

Is it too much to address the name-calling, accusations, rudeness, and indirect insults made by the other party? So you have no idea what occurs. I don't personally care for that. Because I am not going to go back and report tit for tat. I have zero interest in that game.

People make blanket statements that all must believe and accept, such as Sex is only for procreation. That you are either jealous or full of lust if you need to have sex for pleasure. That is OK for them to state. That is permitted. But replying that there is no scripture for that and that they are the ones with the depraved mind elling me what I'm thinking and what I'm doing and where my thoughts are, gets you reported. And striked.

There is a conservative group led by a Mod that is not particularly mature and likes to play word games and belittle you as well. He thinks he has won something. Very passive-aggressive. Avoid.

In short. Don't get too interested or too involved. keep your posts to one or two and done and just move on. Staying escalates with the other side. And when you are not shy. You are the reported one.

Very frustrating and evil site

Very frustrating and evil site. If you try to prove your point with scripture, there are trolls there that will argue that it doesn't say what it actually says. And yet you have quoted the actual words of scripture. The moderators will delete your messages. They will ignore any reports you do with their troll friends. But you will get marks against you if you even call their troll behaviour out. It's an evil and anti-christian site.

It's an awful fundamentalist site with millions of ads, some of which pop up over the text box you are trying to write in! There are a few knowledgebale people on the site but the overwhelming majority are deeply ignorant about the faith.

It's family business and, as I understand it, the family also own several other similar so-called Christian sites - christianforums.net for example, which are also full of ads. It's just a money making business.

As most here have noted

As most here have noted, this is not a place for a true follower of the Lord. Saints should not compromise on their beliefs and this board caters to atheists as well as heretics, apostates and other CINOs (Christians in Name Only). As well, I only learned this was a money-making venture after joining and participating for a little while. So no surprise to learn here and elsewhere who all is behind the whole enterprise. The saints should not be made merchandise of and should never go against their Lord and Master which one has to do to get along here. It’s sad because there are many genuine Christians and very nice people here. I suspect many of them aren’t even aware of how bad things are particularly if they don’t participate in certain threads, especially in the forums open to non-Christians.
Would that there was a virtual place for the saints to congregate in spirit and in truth.

Moderators are control freaks…

Moderators are control freaks arbitrarily implementing rules as they see fit that stifles meaningful discussions. There have been suggestions that the company is operated by an atheist family and my experiences would only serve to confirm.

Sad they get to use the term Christianforums in their title without evidence or oversight.

A Matter of TRUTH !

Review of Christian Forums@Christianity
boards.

This site restricts & censors the truth while allowing heretical &
mystical theology to abound.

If you're a JW or a denier that Christ Jesus is God then you're free to spew out your heretical theology..

There are true believers that stay in the pleasant non-biblical threads to share their love of God for fear of retributions or rebuke.

Censorship is rampant while heretics & their groupies have free speech. New owner is allowing the moderators to run the asylum.....while the sheep are falling off the cliff!

They need to remove the reference to "Christian" from the name which is a call for HERETICS & LUNATICS to crawl out of their dark holes.

Added: I just tried to log in to Christian Forums and it stated my IP address was banned, haven't been to site in over 3 yrs. Same owner of this site I reviewed, I think, bc I've been banned, quarantined @CB. They use the same format company

Heartless moderators and members

They penalize people for presenting actual facts, then ban them when someone on the same server (and thus the same IP address) opens an account to see how to help. They don't care if they drive people suicidal, don't give an actual chance to explain, they just assume the worst and treat people like crap. The popular people in some forums treat them like their private property and complain when their feelings get hurt.
