Where is my order
9I have been a follower for decades of Joyce Meyer and several years ago have ordered things with no problem but I placed and order of a book on 2/18/26, I received and email the same day confirming the order, then received and email on 2/19 saying it was shipped I thought great but no tracking number was provided which I thought was odd. The money was taken out of my account so I sent and email asking how to track my package on 3/1 because I've not received my book. I received no response I then sent another email on 3/4 advising I've not received my book and I've never received a tracking number and asked how I can track my package I again received no response. It appears I will never get a response, they have my money and I have nothing. Really bad business I don't recommend anyone order from this business. You have no way to even know if your order was shipped, was it delivered perhaps to a wrong address and the people who supposedly shipped your order won't respond to your inquiries. Very concerning, unprofessional and bad business practice. Well lessoned learned don't order from Joyce meyer ministries and if need be I will contact the attorney generals office to get resolution if I don't receive my book. Sad really that a business such as this wouldn't have better customer service I did finally get and email from customer service advising there is no way to track my order because they mail everything standard mail so, my book was thrown in a mail box 3 weeks ago, I still have not received it have no way to even know where it is and I was told I have to wait up to a month then if I don't receive it they want me to call a phone number. Call the number for what for them to throw another book in the mail box and wait 2 months. I feel like I've been transported back to 1950. If it wasn't so sad I'd be laughing.
