I bought a Triad M4 from this website for 20K and the after sales support sucks , they dont care for customers or after sales service, even within 4-5 days of purchase they are not taking ownership of any issues with a brand new cycle, saying its a usage related issue, such pathetic experience, seems Mr. Bhardwaj is not aware of how customer service works and is focused on getting money from customers without paying heed to issues with the products sold, such a poor vision and policy of Choosemybicycle.com, will never ever purchase any other bike or refer anyone.

I have already sent an email to your pathetic customer support and i got same kind of reply , this is what happens when you interact with armatures Please get it investigated at your end,

The company did not bother to pay heed to my request so i went outside and got the cycle tuned via a local cycle repair shop..THE BOTTOM LINE IS THE WEBSITES AFTER SALES SERVICE IS VERY VERY POOR AND CONTINUES TO BE SO...The cycle is good, but i guess next time onwards i will go with a brand which is made in India as i have lost trust on companies outside India and the kind of pathetic support you get from companies like Choosemybicycles.com who sell such products

THIS WEBSITE IS FRAUD........I ordered a cycle repair on 30th July and it was showing the repair person will come on 31st July. The next day I waited for the person till 3:30 pm, and the website was showing that he will arrive at 2 pm and will repair by 3 pm. He didn't come. Worst website. Never ordering anything from this website. If there was a option for 0 stars I would have given 0.

Recently I purchased triad M4 one one month back after reading reviews from cmb of an entry level mtb for fitness purpose,and also this was my first experience of buying cycles online everything was fine purchasing, packaging to delivery so no complaint for that,only issue i am having for now is after riding just 20-30 km the cycle has started to make a lot of noises especially both the brakes, the rear brakes is not fully functional, also the company has done a lot of cost cutting in its parts like tyres and suspension and the customer care is pathetic,no responses.. So anybody who loves trails, offroading or downhill riding this bike is not for them. You may consider other renowned brands with a good budget..So guys my experience with triad company is 6 out of 10.

Firefox torrento Nice cycle but need to upgrade on the front suspension to a ss material and a lock nut

Product ordered on 30/06/2021 and after delayed shipping on 13/07/2021 still not delivered on 19/07/2021.
The delivery partner is GATI courier and destination is KANNUR kerala ,product arrived on 16/7/2021 at destination courier office and when contacted told me to collect from courier office or else wait .
Earlier they showed out for delivery and unsuccessful delivery in their website but fact is they kept parcel in their hand itself, if they had attempted delivery they might have called me or gave a miss call or sms

Apart from this delivery . Product is absolutely fine and is able to climb steep hill with my body weight 50 kg . please not it is not recommended by company for hills. Minor gear tightening required that's all gives mileage of 26 km in pedal assist high mode in our hilly area

Had bought a road bike through CMB and had an amazing experience. They were on par with delivery timelines and had to tune the gear upon arrival which was done by CMB in 48hrs. Overall happy with the purchase and special thanks to Jai who was always around to hear me out!

The overall experience of buying the bike was okay however, I believe that the tracking page can be improved. Apart from that, the packaging was good and well protected.

What a beautiful experience it was buying from CMB, I got myself a Triad M7, and from the way it was packed and delivered to the unmatched support from Choose my bicycle(Mr. Abhishek) it was indeed a great buy. They added a lots of accessories with top notch quality helmet and seat gel cover which was an awesome thing on their part. And Triad M7 is a masterpiece in itself. Best one under 30K, again, thanks CMB. I am going to recommend this to every cycle enthusiast I know.

I believe, one of the best services were given.. Fallow ups were just fine.. Delivery was given on time despite pandemic.. All the accessories were delivered as promised..

I have vouched my friends about CMB.. You have given them 4 cycles to bangalore last week..

One thing I would like to see, is availability of other brand cycles too..

Terrible experience.
Delivery is super slow, there delivery partner vxpress is horrible. Got damaged cycle. And choose my bicycle didn't took any responsibility. Support is horrible. We must need a very good local bicycle service center because the bicycle is not at all ready to ride out of the box.

I have purchased Firefox Street from Choosemybicycle.com . Price was as it was in Firefox website. The bicycle was delivered with all type of precautions. The only problem is Choosemybicycle should not give anything as free accessories. All are very poor quality.. I have a doubt, Firefox Paddle was damaged in 10 days. Was it original or any cheap product like rest accessories

Bought my merraki cycle 3 months back on a curiosity and also about the worries of petrol price hikes.
I'm using this cycle weekly 4 to 5 times to my office which is 20km from my home. Nearly 700 calories is burnt in each trip (40km). Apart from petrol cost savings this is an added advantage which is price less. Lot of people watching this and asking the details of this cycle and many of them are interested in e-cycle.

I'm very much satisfied and started my small step towards reducing co2 foot prints. And also be a motive to others in cycling...

1.Worst customer service
2. product selling for 17k at Flipkart charged at 21k here.
3. Cycle sent with bent rim
4. Free products were promised which were sent only after I dropped an email
5.there was no option to select 0 stars so had to settle for 1 star

Very trustworthy I would say. I bought my road bike during pandemic time and there were so many hurdles for delivery due to lockdowns, but the support team was continuously in touch with me to keep me updated. The bike was delivered in perfect conditions alongwith all the promised complimentary accessories...I would like to rate their customer support team very high (10/10) and would surely recommend it to my friends for online bike buying experience.
