I wasn’t planning on becoming emotionally attached to a clothing brand, but here we are… thanks to Choixx.

Ordered a few bits thinking “yeah, probably decent”… turns out I now open my wardrobe like it’s a luxury boutique. The fit? Spot on. The quality? Feels like I’ve accidentally upgraded my entire personality. Even my dog looked at me differently.

Delivery was quick, no drama, no nonsense—just how it should be. And the clothes actually look like they do online (which, let’s be honest, is rarer than it should be).

Only downside? I now judge my old clothes harshly and they’re hanging there knowing they’ve been replaced.

Would I recommend Choixx? 100%. Just be warned… you’ll end up buying more than you planned.

I bought the Everyday Trouser in Light Grey (Order #200275), and the quality is completely unacceptable. After wearing them exactly three times under completely normal, everyday conditions, they split right down the middle seam. For trousers marketed as "everyday" wear, the durability is practically non-existent. It’s clearly a manufacturing defect or just incredibly cheap stitching. Save your money and buy from a brand whose clothes actually stay in one piece. I have reached out to customer service for a refund and am waiting on a resolution.

Clothing was OK at best, refund SCAM!

I ordered and maybe there will be some to say that clothing was good for them, it looks better quality in pics, which to be fair can happen with online ordering....

However when I refunded (the refund portal says its easy as long as you do within 14 days) it says that you can refund to credit card or gift card, I selected back to my card.

I was then sent gift cards, rather than my refund, when I challenged they said it was because I had a "discount" on the order and it was policy - IT DOES NOT STATE this on their website about discounts....worse still is that one of my orders DID NOT have a discount and so hence they are a scam to keep your money. Crazy!!!!!

Order at your peril, dont multiple order sizes as it will cost you in the long run - I will not be ordering from these cowboys again.

Proper Quality. Cheapest prices around aswell so not much more you can ask for. had a tracksuit from these guys for
years and not a single thing has happened to it. great service and overall great experience with Choixx.

After a previous negative experience with this company I vowed never to purchase anything again but gave them the benefit of the doubt as I like the styles however I’ve received another item damaged with no response from the customer service despite sending two previous emails with photo evidence. Even the previous experience I was asked to send a video, it was like I was trying to mislead them. I will not purchase from them again and my advice to others is to look elsewhere as the stress is definitely not worth it and they clearly don’t want to refund on anything, absolutely terrible company in terms of customer service.

BEWARE if returning for an exchange. After patiently waiting for more than 14 working days for an exchange i've not had this. I've sent a few chase up emails and had no response. After speaking to them on Instagram. Choixx have said they've issued a gift card for this item but i've nto received any gift card for the 3 pack scuba tshirts i bought.
BEWARE ordering from these as i'm now £45 down with no exchange and no gift card.

Quick delivery and the two pants I ordered were excellent quality, I’ll be going back in again for an additional pair.

Really good quality clothing. Wore the set for combat tech shorts and tech windbreaker, for travelling on my honeymoon, was great!
New trousers order is for going back to work.
