Ordered items based on a recommendation. I ordered items based on similar clothes and sizes I have. The times arrived and didn't fit - this can happen. I've requested for an exchange and I seem to have ended up with a gift card. Ive sent numerous queries by email since you can't call the company and no response. To be charged £4.50 for returning the items and then being given a gift card when I wanted an exchange. Does this company want custom or just want you to feel trapped?
I am not happy with a gift card, just give me my money back if you operate in this manner.
EDIT - I have a response and will await new items before leaving a further review.

A Lesson in Losing Customers
This has taken far too long.
I sent over 12 emails across 2.5 months regarding a parcel I never received. Most went unanswered. I was repeatedly told my case was “with support,” yet no resolution followed. I requested a refund, but due to the lack of response, I eventually accepted the loss of both my order and my money.
Then I received an apology from Mukesh, citing “system issues.” As compensation, I was asked to leave a positive Trustpilot review in exchange for a discount code. Weeks later, nothing has been delivered.
Please keep your code.
This is not customer service it is a failure of communication, accountability, and basic professionalism. Promises are made but not kept, and that directly undermines trust.
If you intend to build a credible customer base, I strongly suggest investing in your internal processes and staff training. As it stands, this experience reflects poorly on your organisation and represents a clear missed opportunity to resolve the matter properly.

Used to only use Arne and other Premium brands but after buying from choix I’ll never go anywhere else. The technical tracksuits are 10/10 and go with everything whether it’s asics or smarter shoes. Save your money and buy from Temu
I paid £50 for a shorts and t-shirt set and the quality is awful, I’ve seen much better on Temu. I tried to return these and they want to charge me £8 for a free item that they sent with the order but that items (some plastic pants) aren’t returnable and they want to charge me for them? And £4.95 for a returns label.
