I BOUGHT A NEW SAMSUNG GALAXY S21. bIT MIFFED THAT AFTER SPENDING NEARLY £500 ON A PHONE THERE WAS NO CHARGER INCLUDED AND ONLY 30% BATTERY LIFE.
SO NOW i HAVE A PHONE I CANNOT USE UNTIL I GO BUY A CHARGER FOR IT!
NOT YOUR FAULT BUT AFTER MANY YEARS OF BEING A SAMSUNG CUSTOMER FEEL LET DOWN AND DISSAPOINTED.

Phone arrived as described and on time. It's was at a good price too - which looks like it's because it's a grey import. A real Samsung phone, brand new, on time and the only place who had stock in the model we wanted.
