Dreadful!

I finally have some answers after coming into trust pilot and confirm my suspicions about liquidation.
Have sent email after email, rang and left messages.. nothing!
What a waste, can’t use the phone as it won’t charge and unable to talk to anybody from chitter chatter about it. They should at least provide alternate contact details for getting in touch when things go wrong :(

Sad to find out, that they've gone into liquidation.…

I had my phone with Chitter Chatter nearly 2yrs ago. Everything has been fine, straightforward communication. So I've just been to look on the website, to see what phones are available for my next upgrade and was sad to find out, that they've gone into liquidation. My contract is with 3, so I'm not worried about that. But I doubt I'll find a deal to match what I have, with another company.

So called 'Customer Service' ignoring emails

IPhone has developed a couple of faults and have raised this via the so called 'Customer Service' email address. Expectation was that as the phone is still under their 12 month warranty they would respond advising next steps. Reality is I've sent 3 emails and left 2 voicemails and still no response received. Absolute disgrace. Thought I would raise it on this forum as there are a few responses from Chitter Chatter on here to other reviews albeit they seem to only be on 'positive' reviews.
Next step is Citizens advice/Trading Standards. Companies cant give you a 12 month warranty and then when you need to use it they ignore all attempts at contact.

Can't purchase anything!

Can't seem to actually buy anything. Everytime I add something to the basket it never registers. Have tried different products. Also tried on my phone and two different laptops on three different browsers and I get the same each time. Tried sending messages to ask what is going on, no response. Tried calling but all operators are apparently busy. Have been trying for well over a week. Giving up and buying phone from Amazon instead.

Battery life Samsung galaxy S10e rubbish, charging daily

I've order a Samsung S10e phone, but ever since I've purchased the phone the battery is awful. I was charging it everyday when I first got the phone now its in the day also. I've only only had it 6 months I can't understand why this is so as I'm not really doing much on the phone to drain the battery down. Apart from that it's a lovely phone.

Terrible refurbished phone

I bought an refurbished “as new” iPhone 11 10 months ago and have had continued issues with my phone. Battery health being low for an “as new” description, software issues, constant freezing and not recognising my touch, Face ID/Apple Pay issues, static noise and no one can hear me taking calls, the list goes on. I made customer services aware of this issue and requested a replacement so sent my phone back. It was then sent back to me with a diagnosis report stating that nothing was wrong with it. They said I have warranty for a year so if I have problems in the future to contact them. I’ve had the phone for all this time and at about 8 months in I was past breaking point, the phone is pretty much incapable of being fit for purpose and has been on a constant flow of disintegration. I contacted customer services again via email. No response. Tried calling multiple times, leaving voicemails. Again, no response. I’ve now filled out forms online and tried calling again for 2 months and no response. I wish I returned my phone when I had the chance. I will NEVER use this company again and only hope others return their phones when they have the chance if it is not up to standards!

Very Poor Company

Very poor company. Order SIM, then cancelled as they refused to honour the price. Not worth it when better reliable companies out there. Hard search left on my credit report. Be aware!!!!

Chitter Chatter - zero silence when something goes wrong with your device

I have been trying to get a response from chitter chatter customer service for nearly 6 months now. I started by calling and leaving message after message. I tried different times of day, different days of the week but always got the answer machine, which told me to leave my details and someone would call me back! After nearly 20 calls and messages and 6 months on, I still no response or call back. I then emailed several times, again got no response. I bought 3 Samsung Galaxy S21 Plus phones. All 3 have issues with the phone, when you make a call people can't hear you, it cuts out or us muffled. There is an issue with the microphones we think. We called Samsung and they advised us after checking serial numbers that the phones are not UK or Europeon phones, so their warranty is not valid with these phones. I had no idea these were not legitimate phones, I even checked on the Samsung website, to see if chitter chatter was a legitimate supplier, it was on there as a supplier and also the £150 cash back deal Samsung offered at the time of purchase, also listed Chitter Chatter as a supplier they would honour the cash back on if we bought with them. So this gave me some confidence it was not a dodgy company, and I went ahead and purchased them from Chitter Chatter. I am now stuck with 3 phones that don't work properly and can't function as a phone to call people, with no response from Chitter Chatter to resolve the issue and honour their warranty. They were quick to respond when they were selling me something, but nothing when there is an issue!! Even though apparently they offer a lifetime warranty. I am now in the process of complaining to Samsung as to why they have Chitter Chatter listed as a supplier, when they are selling broken phones as new, and not honouring the warrnties or responding to customer issues and complaints. And, I am still stuck with 3 faulty phones costing nearly £5000 and no response from chitter chatter. Chitter chatter have also decided not to register with the Ombusmund either, so I can't complain via that service either. I would warn others not to use this company.

Disappointed

Hugely disappointed in their customer service - have phoned and left a message (phoned several times more), have sent a message via their website - unable to complete purchase via website - do they not want my money?!
