After little winnings i've succesfully withdraw my initial funds. After that my sportsbook was limited and i was asked to verify my account. When my verification was completed i've got an information that my account is now under review. Whole process should take one week. Time has passed and I still don't know anything. I don't have a lot of money in my account and the problem with the withdrawal has not been solved. They probably expect me to lose my money in the meantime on casino games. I give them 2 stars but if my withdrawal doesn't go through I will change it to 1. I would think twice before depositing money here again.

My account was like 3 years old with 12 millions $ wagered and +83000 chips tokens.

Tacy stole users using the vault, he withdraw +600k$ of it with two account Flipper 1, no problem for them to withdraw 600k$ when me and my account was totally blocked, I was unable to withdraw 500$ from the vault divs because I didn’t depot money since months.

They refused to make the payment. Support claims that payments are processed automatically and that I am required to increase the allowance, the total amount bet in order to make a withdrawal. They do not inform me how much more I should bet or the date on which I can withdraw. Basically, I am stuck and am forced to continue betting without knowing how much I need to bet. It is funny that when depositing money we do not have this problem.

I played responsibly and followed the bonus terms, specifically the $5 max bet rule. My bets were consistently $2.40 per spin. Despite this, my entire balance—around $500–600—was suddenly voided. Support falsely claimed I was betting $7.20, and refused to provide proper proof. Even if a violation occurred, voiding my real money balance is unethical and unheard of . Also even if that was the case it is extremely scammy practice to allow people to bet over 5$ in bonus wagering games.

This experience has been extremely disappointing and feels like a scam. There appears to be no meaningful regulation behind their licensing (Some kind of island in Comoros that has no contact information) and no customer protection. I strongly advise others to avoid this platform until they demonstrate transparency and fairness.
