I have added ONE flight on the app.
Am in Australia and due to current ones
starting a war looks like I am stuck to get home. Have travel insurance with chill but now all of sudden it won't let me add flights on the app even though on the email and app page it says you can enter Two hrs before flight. They have blocked me adding. I contacted customer service to be told I should have added all flights at once. This is totally inaccurate and have contacted department of consumer affairs.

The real time flight delay is a benefit we give you when purchasing the Platinum level (which I have) of cover .It is a benefit for three trips with four flights per trip and once these 3 limits have been reached you can not use it anymore. This will not affect your current policy.
The flight need to be registered at least 3 hour before the flight is due to depart otherwise it will not be valid.
If you have not exceeded this limit please contact our office so that we can add these flights.

Unfortunately all of your flights for one trip must be added together before the start of your trip. As your trip has already begun we would not be able to add these flights for you.

Had car and van insurance with chill it this year was o er 200 euros more,
And when called was pretty much laughed at,

I have used Chill in the past to good effect. This time around, however - booking home insurance was onerous due to Close Brothers Finance wanting all sorts of personal information - for around five-hundred quid Direct Debit! All said about a dozen emails back and forth asking for this & that! So we cancelled it.
Also, you may see that Chill level a whopping 11% interest on any (all) of the prospective Insurance Providers with Direct Debit. But if you go to some of the providers actual website its around 6%! Shame!!!
