Be wary of Chill
We needed to renew our car insurance and house insurance. Last year we found Chill Insurance gave us good quotes. This year we received emails for the car insurance and then for the house insurance. In both cases we were told that our insurer was offering the best price for renewal. I did some independent research and found that Zurich could offer me quotes that were €150 less for the car insurance snd again €120 less for the house insurance. Zurich is one of the companies Chill obtains and compares quotes from. Clearly the information we were given by Chill was untrustworthy. I will not use Chill again nor will I recommend them.

Renewed insurance online via webchat with Daniel. Had to correct information on the renewal. Done and dusted with minimal fuss by Daniel. Also a good upsell of the key fob insurance as well which i went with! They rang me for renewal, I was with them last 2 years than l sold my vehicle, l asked for my statement of no claim bonus than put me different department they said there is no record about me , l don’t know maybe l ring company who insured me not Chill broker again.
