Ordered 17th Nov, took my money and still no delivery!

Owner Luke Leach and his business partner Abbie Milburn seem to be having a lovely time according to their Facebook updates.

Absolute scam and have reported to trading standards! How is this company still live and taking orders/money from customers???

I ordered prints back in August which finally came over a month late but I received an email from the owners saying they’d had a baby and had to move premises etc but would be looking to employ someone to make people aware of any delays etc but obviously they haven’t done that and they’ve just given up on the business but haven’t closed down their site or the ability to order prints by the sounds of it. I did finally receive my prints but they were not good quality, the black ink was so poor. I was lucky enough to get my money back and I would not recommend them as a company as even if you do get the prints, they are not worth the money.

Only because I can’t give a zero, ordered print on the 5th December and still not received, sent emails but no response and when I logged into my account it states order fulfilled, trading standards need to get involved as it must’ve a scam

Ordered from this company last year and prints arrived and amazing. Hence my choice to use them again. Ordered in November 22 no prints received, no reply to emails no refund. Spoke to my bank who have refunded my money. Such a shame that this company are still accepting orders when they obviously are no longer trading. Stop taking peoples hard earned money.

I purchased a set of 3 prints from this company, unfortunately they have sent 2 of the same print,I've emailed them twice, as advised on their website and have not received a reply, I first emailed them 3 weeks ago, when I eventually received the prints! After reading through other reviews, it doesn't look like I will be getting a response to my email! Shocking company / service, I will be complaining to etsy too.Please Avoid!!

Ordered two prints on 1st November. Not yet received, no response by email, Instagram or Facebook.

Complete scam!

As the other reports have stated, I’m afraid this is either a scam company or something has gone wrong with their business/plan.

2 prints ordered on 31st October with 5-7 day delivery. It’s now 3 weeks later - no prints and no replies to email (with exception of 1st email that received an auto reply saying deliveries were taking up to 14 days).

Looks like they’ve done some sort of paid promo on Facebook so possibly seeing more orders than they’d counted on. However a short email back to explain what’s happened would probably satisfy would probably go a long way with many people.

I’m hoping they arrive soon, but I’ve a feeling I won’t be seeing them at all unfortunately.

Terrible company, order hasn't arrived three weeks later, no response to my emails and clearly some sort of scam company. Do not use!!!!

On September 6, I ordered £80+ worth of prints as gifts. No delivery, no updates, and certainly no products have arrived.

LEARN FROM MY (EXPENSIVE) MISTAKE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD COMPANY!!

Order arrived quickly and I’m really pleased with my ‘dog dad’ print which is a Christmas present. Good quality frame as well

I placed an order on 14th September 2022 , still not received it , have emailed customer service twice and had no reply , messaged through Facebook and just an automated response message saying to email queries!
