Ordered print on the 5th April

Ordered print on the 5th April. Still no print, don't answer emails. DO NOT order from them, they just take your money. This was a present and I can't afford to buy my friend anything else, I'm so angry and upset with this disgusting company.

Ordered 3 x prints on 21.03.23...

Ordered 3 x prints on 21.03.23.... they have not arrived to date despite being told 5-7 turnaround. I have tried to contact the company with no luck. Beyond annoyed. Please believe the negative reviews- they are true!!!!! I would advise against ordering form this company.

Ordered a few items with a 5-7 day…

Ordered a few items with a 5-7 day delivery weeks ago and spent over £150 no items received and no response to any communication. Wouldn't have been bothered if they had got in touch and said as a small business they were experiencing backlogs but not a word. On their Facebook and on here there are lots of other people with the same complaints. Absolute scam, avoid them. Wish I'd have read in to it more before ordering....

Not impressed at all by customer service. Avoid.

Ordered 22nd February (5 prints). A few days later (25th February), I saw others that I liked, so ordered again. Got dispatch notice for both orders. Received the first order, fine. The second order didn't show up, so 2wks later I was going to email them but saw they state to give them 10-15 days after dispatch to arrive, so when it hadn't arrived by 15 working days later, I emailed them, giving order number details and stating the order hadn't arrived. No response. So I messaged on Facebook messenger. Still no response. So I messaged again on Facebook messenger (they constantly advertise on fb as well as emailing with offers), and a pop up said to email them, so I emailed them again, giving all relevant details and asking them to advise. Still no response. If they by any miracle do respond and sort this I'm willing to change my 1 star review, but at present I would sadly have to advise people to avoid this company. Totally unimpressed.

Paid, not received order, no response from seller

Ordered 7 prints on 13th March, it's now 30th and still haven't received them. Have sent three emails, a message via Instagram and another via Facebook and have had absolutely no response whatsoever.
So it's safe to assume I've been well and truly had and my money is gone.

I do not recommend this company at all. I'll stick to the ones I know like Oh Flora and Moonshine Prints, to name a few.

Please avoid this company at all costs

Please avoid this company at all costs! Order placed 24th January, update a few weeks later to say order has been dispatched. No tracking number, no response to emails. Initiated a charge back through my bank, which Chic Prints have had the audacity to dispute. So I'm currently £31.99 out of pocket, no print received, no refund and yet they feel they have reasons to dispute the charge back. I wish I had read the reviews here previously, nothing short of a scam of a " business"

Do not order

Do not order. Not even sure if trading! I ordered a framed print, and messaged the company to ask when delivery would be as it was a gift. No response. When I didn’t hear anything I looked at Trustpilot and realised that there are several customers experiencing the same issue. Contacted my bank, who have refunded the money within ten days - that tells you something. Use another reputable company. Even if this place is trading, their customer service is non existent. AVOID.

Please do not order

Placed an order in January, never received it. Despite trying different methods of trying to contact them, I've never had a response.

Now having to go through my bank to get my money back.

It's unacceptable to treat customers this way.

Tardy

Placed an order early Feb. Received confirmation email and nothing else. As I was moving at end of Feb tried to contact them via email for a delivery update and got nothing back. Searched the Internet and found a mobile number for the owner Luke. He didn't answer my calls but did then respond to my email apologising for the late reply and stating that the order would be sent that day or the following day. Nothing arrived so I emailed again, again no response so began calling the number and leaving messages again, moving to a new address I
the meantime! after 2 messages got an email again apologising for his tardiness and that the order would be posted that day priority next day delivery if I could supply my new address. That evening I received confirmation of dispatch with a tracking number, didn't arrive next day as stated but finally the day after I received my print. Absolutely gorgeous A1 colour print of Frida Kahlo that I can't fault. It's just a shame that it took so much effort to actually get! I fear if I hadn't spent so much time chasing it up I would never have received it!

Terrible customer service do not use -
Ordered 3 prints over a month ago and still not arrived. Have sent 4 emails which haven't been responded to at all but they took money immediately. Will now need to go through my bank to refund the money

Terrible and don't buy from them

I too ordered a framed print and money was debited from my account on 20/1/23. I have never received the product, emailed them twice and heard nothing.
I have also reported them to the Trading Standards.

No order, no response

Placed order on 11th Feb for 3 items.#13217 and received an email on 12th Feb to say the items would be despatched the next day. Chased up by email on 20th but received no response. Have emailed twice now but no order and no response.
My previous order was delivered fine so not sure why service is now so bad. Will have to raise with my bank and lodge with Trading Standards as can see lots of other negative reviews
