I contacted FINTRAC Canada myself to confirm; they do not have a license, it was revoked for fraud, and are not supposed to operating. Owner's name is Alladin Alif.

I wired money to ChicksX through a Slash-hosted account. Shortly after, the exchange demanded a video call where they asked me to log into my bank live on screen — classic social engineering. When I refused and tried to recall my wire, Slash was completely unresponsive. A legitimate banking platform would have fraud escalation protocols. Instead I got silence. Slash gave this operation a veneer of legitimacy that hurt real people. My attorney is now involved.

Scam pretending to have a liscense .

They will tell you they have a liscense are a leading marketplace. Everythign seems to be blowing up for them right now. Their own user support groups are full of users talking about getting scammed, and then ChicksX deleting the post, then banning them. There is now a sub Telegram chat of users who have been scammed coordinating reporting them. Its a mess.

If you have been scammed, file a report with the OSC Ontario or RCMP. Investigation is fully active.

I know multiple people owed anywhere from hundreds to hundreds of thousands of dollars by ChicksX and Aladin Alif. ChicksX unillaterally will block payments and demand verification, but this is just a stall tactic. My friend is owed $170,000usd. ChicksX money services licenses in Canada are expired and multiple reports have been made to the securities commission. Aladin Alif is a scammer who funds his luxury lifestyle with stolen funds. You may be fine exchanging small amounts, but it's a matter of time if you start transacting size until their thieving nature comes out. The admins will ban anyone who talks about issues in their chat, but will literally let scammers who post fake links stay.

3 months have passed and ChicksX has still not returned my $50K. They replied to my last post on here to say they want to resolve my issue but that is is complete farce. They are enjoying my money while I exhaust all means through legal channels to get my money back. Stay away from this fraudulent company.

Things went relatively smoothly, I think that i am mostly satisfied!

I paid 1,450 CAD to purchase Bitcoin, but more than 48 hours have passed and the Bitcoin has still not arrived in my wallet.

I am writing this with tears in my eyes. As an elderly man, I never imagined I could be deceived in this way. I want to warn others to be extremely cautious before depositing money into this crypto exchange. Based on my experience, there is a serious risk of losing your funds without receiving the cryptocurrency you paid for.

I'm a new customer, and my first order was delayed due to a verification issue. I reached out to support, and Mario resolved everything quickly and efficiently through the chat. Excellent customer service, thank you again, Mario!

They advertise as lowest fees but that is b*~#l! I did a couple of smaller purchases through etransfer which was ok but when I wanted a larger amount I did a wire transfer. It took almost a month to process and then the took 20% off for compliance fees and other fees. There is no where on the site that states those amounts! Then when I emailed to inquire what was happening they just ghosted me and didn’t answer back. Don’t deal with ChicksX for any big amounts.

I used it several times and everything was fine for two weeks. After that, every time I tried to pay by bank card, it said "declined." I contacted support, and their response was that they don't accept cards issued from Libya. I don't know why; they didn't tell me the reason. I don't know what the problem is, and I hope they will tell me because it's my right to know.
