I had trusted the platform with money that represented years of hard work and savings, believing it would help improve my future. Instead, I found myself facing uncertainty and financial hardship. During my attempts to recover my funds, I contacted the platform's support team multiple times. While seeking solutions, I was informed about a recovery service called FixTheWrong. According to the information I received, they could assist victims of investment-related losses in pursuing fund recovery. I approached the recommendation with caution because I had already experienced one painful financial setback and understood the risks involved in dealing with any recovery service. After carefully reviewing the available information and proceeding cautiously, I sought assistance and was ultimately able to recover my full funds. While I was relieved by the outcome, I strongly advise anyone considering investments online to conduct thorough research, verify regulatory credentials, and remain skeptical of promises that seem too good to be true. Investment scams continue to target individuals who are simply trying to improve their financial circumstances, and the consequences can be severe. My experience serves as a reminder that trust should never be given based solely on impressive websites, persuasive marketing, or guaranteed profit claims. Always perform due diligence, seek independent financial advice when necessary, and remain vigilant throughout the investment process. Total Scam, stay away. They hold my funds and account on hold for SIX MONTHS, without any rights or reasons. They are not regulated by any of local canadian authorities. SCAM SCAM SCAM. STAY AWAY. Even when you call a customer support: some arrogant people from the Middle East answer and say :" all good bro"..... just a SHAME. SCAMMERS, my money is still stuck for more than a week already! !!!!!!!!!!!

Three whole months have passed now, and ChicksX still has not returned my fifty thousand dollars.

They actually replied to my last post on here pretending they want to resolve my issue, but it is a complete farce. They are sitting back and enjoying my hard-earned money while I have to exhaust every single legal channel just to try and get it back. Do yourself a huge favor and stay far away from this fraudulent company.

I need my money ASAP I am 78 years old and these scammers just took it from me and then denied my access to the account and now they don't even reply to my emails. They told me to send an email to their finance. I've sent several emails, several documents! Proof of payment, my bank details. They don't reply.
I will sue them and will follow them everywhere!!

I've only completed a handful of transactions with the chicksx folks but everyone I have worked with has been great. Fast responses, informative, friendly. And quick payments. I keep coming back.

I trusted Slash because it looked like a real, regulated fintech. That trust was misplaced. They hosted an active account for ChicksX and Chicks Gold LLC— a fake Canadian crypto exchange with no Canadian or U.S. money transmitter license — and allowed substantial customer funds to flow through it unchecked. When ChicksX showed clear signs of operational misconduct, Slash took no protective action. No account freeze, no customer notification, no cooperation with disputes. They allowed the fraudsters to just steal the money, and convert it to USDT.

I lost $18,000. The bare minimum of responsible banking is knowing your business customers. Slash either didn't, or didn't care. This review will be shared with every regulatory body I can reach.

Well she is in the business of holding your money because of her giant ego. If she doesnt like you she'll keep your money indefinitely then block you.

The entire business is shady, never pays on time and always has an excuse why they're late.

Mercy Lapaix is a senior member of their team and takes it in her hands to try and steal customers funds as much as possible.

ChicksX operated a bank account through a U.S.-connected fintech platform. They presented themselves as a regulated cryptocurrency exchange with MSB licensing. That licensing was false. The account infrastructure gave their operation a credible, professional appearance that contributed to my decision to transfer funds. A basic KYB check standard practice for any regulated financial platform — would have revealed the discrepancy in their license claims before customer funds were ever at risk. I am not speculating; I have since confirmed their registration status directly. If you have already sent funds to ChicksX and cannot get a response, file immediately with the CFPB, FTC, FinCEN, and IC3.gov. The dollar amounts involved across affected users may be substantial enough to attract federal attention.

Please be aware of this company's fraudulent activities. Don't trust this company unless you’re willing to lose your money! On May 22, I was contacted by individuals claiming to represent Armax. They informed me that funds from my Bitcoin wallet were being released and, because the amount was substantial, the transfer would be processed in smaller increments to my bank account. To convince me, they provided financial codes and explanations, leading me to believe I was receiving rightful funds. I later realized I was authorizing an Interac e-Transfer payment from my bank account to ChicksX. Once I recognized this, I terminated the contact and reported it to my bank, which said the funds had already been deposited via Auto-Deposit and recovery would be difficult. Since then, I’ve tried to recover the funds from ChicksX, but have faced difficulties despite their knowledge of the scam and fraudulent transfer. I am a hardworking single mother of four and was excited to earn extra funds through Bitcoins. However, I cannot afford to lose money. I was a victim of a sophisticated fraud involving deception, misrepresentation, and remote manipulation, and it seems that ChicksX are complicit, as they refuse to return my $1,000.00 or even grant me access to the bitcoins purchased three weeks ago!

This is the third time this has happened, for starters to actually get your crypto you have to speak to customer service to have them actually out your order thru , now as if waiting for 3 or 6 hours for them to respond someday but they dont actually read the messages that you type out , sometimes a crypto purchase has a tinemine and if i dont get the crypto by a certain time I dont want it sent and if it is sent then I cant get a refund bc the deal is over, so in the chat I make the time known as in if this isn't put thru by this time then refund me . And today is the third time they have put the order thru dispite my instructions, and the third time ive lost out on the payment, not huge amounts but all in over 300 dollars but its the principle that if they wont reimburse me for the 300 when they've even admitted it was there fault then id be worried about letting them handle any serious money B3 CAREFUL , DONT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR LIFE SAVINGS!!
