My Chicken Guard opener became lost in transit. The customer service team were excellent. The lady tracked down my parcel which I found easily. I can not fault the customer service at this company. Thank you.
We have now fitted the opener, cobbled together rails and used a plastic roofing tile for the door. The door sold with the system wasn't large enough so had to fashion one. It works perfectly. The opener took some fiddling to get it to programme the timer, but it was sorted in the end. Now waiting until tomorrow to see if I have set it right. It's for Runner Ducks so set the closure to manual as they are excellent at running around before bed 😅

I have recently purchased the chickenguard Barn coop.
I must say that this is one of the best recycled plastic coops that I have seen.
It is extremely well engineered and was a pleasure to put together
I honestly could not fault it.

excellent product with excellent support

Received my Chicken Guard Automatic Door with Solar Panel and upon arrival the box had a previous customers shipping label on it that was simply covered by a blank label you could still see the prior persons name and info on. Opening the box, the actual door was missing. I contacted customer support, gave them my Order number and they were able to see that Amazon fulfilled my order. They requested photos for proof of my experience but immediately got a new box shipped. Not just the door, the entire kit. They told me to not worry with sending back my current box but to keep it for spare parts.
Tracey was quick and responsive and I appreciated that while their chat starts by an automatic response, it gets you to a person quickly without jumping through 18 questionnaires that leave you with nothing being resolved. She was genuine with her responses and her management team went above and beyond to ensure I received the right product.
I had read positive reviews regarding the customer service which is why I ultimately went with their product over others and I'm so glad I did. I understand things happen and mistakes can be made, but how a company handles these situations can make or break a customers experience.

Chickenguard were very helpful when I had problems with my 2 year old unit, and when they couldn't solve them by phone, sent me a replacement back board and it works great again.

The chickenguard is great but not for tropical areas, the battery housing rust quickly and we just got told that ant gets into everything. We had so many issue with the door not opening.

The Chicken guard 'all in one' has been a lifesaver. It's great knowing my hens are secure and I don't have to wake up at the crack of dawn to let them out!

Also, the customer service from ChickenGuard is probably the best I've ever experienced. I had an issue with my product and Tracy on the phone line was able to diagnose and fix the problem over the phone with no trouble. It took about 30 seconds to get through on the phone and then the problem was dealt with politely,clearly and efficiently. I'd absolutely recommend this company to anyone wanted increased security and convenience for their chickens.

Oh my- what a great experience-
Our chick door failed to work and our customer service was wonderful. She stepped in and verified the problem- gave us choices and a 20% discount on our needed part- The part came within a couple days- install was simple and our chick door is operational again! Thank you for your loving care! Done!

The automated door opener works perfect! At a certain moment, the internal clock stopped working (door would still open and close at the correct time due to the light sensor) and chickenguard was really quick with sending a replacement part.

I decided to purchase a ChickenGuard door opener in March 2022, after several years of perfect operation of my VSB opener it decided to retire.
My choice was based on the company manufacturing in the UK and the additional functions the ChickenGuard unit had.....all came with a premium cost.
The first unit lasted 17 months before going faulty, this was replaced under warranty in December 2023. The second unit has now gone faulty and no repair was offered just a 20% reduction for me to purchase a new unit. This was following 2 phone calls, 3 emails and 2 messages left on their ridiculous AI Chat........no thank you!
There are numerous door openers now on the market especially from China, these retail around £30 not the premium price of £150+ of the ChickenGuard.
If the quality matches the price then you dont mind, but certainly not in my experience, the chickenGuard products are no more reliable than a very cheap Chinese opener.
KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT........YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED

The motor of our chickenguard All-in-one gave out. After contacting Chickenguard we received a fast response and solution from Maribel. They send us a new motor and a link with the instructions. After a week since the first contact our automatic door works again. Great service!

I would like to say what a great company Chickenguard are to deal with. I had purchased an automatic chicken coop door and it stopped working just inside the guarantee period. After trying to help me get it fixed, I was asked to send the motor unit back and they sent out a new one. Many thanks and keep up the excellent customer service.

Purchased ChickenGuard secondhand, easy to install and set up, have had one issue where the door wound itself fully up but that was easily rectified with the help of the ChickenGuard team. I find the menu a little tricky to navigate but that is because I only change the timings very occasionally. Great product highly recommend.

I had an issue with my door…..called them….initially tried to help me via the call ….then called me back on video call & Tracy was so incredibly thorough….unfortunately it couldn’t be resolved….but within 3 days sent me out a new part….they have also emailed every step of the way….amazing customer support….faultless

Excellent service.
Our chicken guard motor stopped working, we sent it back (free postage) and they fixed it for free within a day! It was then posted straight back and is as good as new. The communication was quick and easy and I’m so glad we emailed and didn’t just go out and buy a new one.
