The clothing viewed online was NOT at all what I received. Cheap garbage that did not even come close to resembling what appears online. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Contacted customer care several times. They refuse to refund my money and replied stating they would do better to improve the quality of their products.

Scammers. It took well over a month and a half to receive an item that looked like someone who just started sewing, threw together. The buttons of the blazer are comically in my armpits when on. Definitely cheaply made and zero communication. Tried to review on their site, but it has to be "approved" by an admin. This means they are deliberately not putting most negative reviews on their site. After coming here to see what others had to say, it doesn't seem worth sending it back for a refund. I might see if me or my mom can fix this item ourselves and make it salvageable. Worst case, looks like I will be a zombie or hobo for Halloween for the next few years until I feel I got my money's worth. Very disappointed in wasting $50.

DANG ME I wish I would have seen this prior to ordering 600.00 worth of junk!! FRAUD agreed they are wanting me to keep it for 15% money back ! UHM no did anyone get any money back? I just sent my order back... looks like I may be out? OMG I will be sick if they do not return my money! The clothing is the cheapest rattiest crap I have ever seen!

I cannot get Chicindress to refund the money they promised. They say they have a return policy then spend have the time trying to get you to not return stating that it is hard to do with customs etc. So they offered money back but did not come through.

This website should be banned adversiting their products as they are scammers. Don't order dresses from them as they will not send it and they will not refund your money back.

I should’ve done my research before ordering dresses. I placed an order on 2 dresses and when I got them they looked nothing like the dresses that were on their site. I tried to contact them and even leave a bad review on their website to warn other buyers but I couldn’t. I believe all those positive reviews on there are from their own workers or whatever they’re doing to try to gain new shoppers which is definitely working. But, I’m so upset that I fell for this scam. It’s definitely from China and never again will I fall for something like this.

This company is a scam. They take other manufacturers pictures to use for their website like McDuggal. When I received the dresses they were cheaply made and looked nothing like the pictures. Tried to cancel the other dresses I had not received and they would not issues a credit but kept sending the dresses which are poor quality and looks like a mono. Don’t order.

I placed an order in Aug, received a month later in Sept. The clothes were cheap quality and materials. Certainly not the same material, nor were the garments sewn or lined as clearly shown on their site. Have been trying for 3 weeks to get authorization to return the items for a refund. They have had me jumping through hoops sending multiple photos of each item with the packaging, with not resolve to returning the items for a refund. I sent a dispute of the charges and refund request to PayPal. Hopefully, I won't get stuck with $300 worth of cheap clothing.

I returned an item that was not as pretty as the online photo and requested my reimbursement.I went to the local post office and paid for l day delivery,this was on 12-15-21,post office claims that the package was delivered on12-16-21 at 8:40 am and signed for but chickindress claims they never got it even when I furnished them with the tracking Number,To this date no one has called me or taken any time to resolve my matter.I left several emails and furnished them with dates,tracking number and even my ph number .They just don't care,they won't do their part to open an investigation with the post office to track who signed for it.I don't do business with them anymore,they took my money and show no interest in the customer,I did my part,they have the tracking number but to this day they haven't helped me .Good luck if any of you have returns.I haven't been credited for the $48 I paid for the coat not to mention the money I paid the post office for 1 day delivery.The red coat was delivered, I'm out the coat,$48 and the post office one day delivery fee!

BUYER BEWARE! Ordered $144 worth of clothing from ChicInDress. Purchased based on reviews from their website (shame on me!). What I recieved was badly fitted garbage that I am now stuck with because their customer service just screws you around by requestingmore information Sand pictures. Sent numerous emails requesting the address. Finally got one but based on what I am reading here I will be wasting my time and more money.
I truly hope this review stops at least one person from using this site. The clothes look super cute but what you get is S**T.

Warning! REALLY poor quality! They basically do not accept returns. Their customer service requires the returns be sent to China. They also say it will most likely cost more than the item in postage.

If I could give a zero, I would. Gross fabric — Horrible return service from this rip off company. Bought at least $175k of clothing, looked totally different in person and none of the stuff was good quality so I asked to return the items. First they made me email why I didn’t want them, then a week later I was asked for pictures of the items in original packaging which I’m lucky I kept, they kept trying to convince me to keep the stuff (it’s one of our best selling items) or to give it to a friend, when I said no, I wanted to return the item which they said would be only a partial refund, they said how hard it is to return stuff to china. The long and short of it, the clothes are never as good looking as they are on what seems to be doctored pictures (comparing what it looks like in person vs the picture), in fact the clothes are really garbage, and they make it so hard to return you give up and are stuck with the items.

DO NOT ORDER FROM CHICINDRESS!!!!!!! I ordered a dress and the product I received was a joke! Nothing like what I had ordered. When I tried to return, it was an impossible process that just had me chasing my tail. After inquiring about returns and exchanging emails back and forth, I was told that they would no longer deal with me. No return, no money back!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I bought an outfit and when I asked how I could return it they said "we are in China and it will cost you more to return it than it is worth". What kind of business does this country let exist?

Wish I had seen these reviews before purchase. All they say is true! Cheap clothes, sizing all wrong, no returns, etc. They also offer to pay you in clothing credits for good reviews and do not accept bad reviews so they can continue to rip people off! Should not be allowed to do business in US!

Terrible quality of the clothes, sadly I read the reviews late.

The worst. Clothes are very very cheap. Zippers in the dresses are terrible. Some of the clothes (the jumper) are so cheap you can see through them
Went to the site to learn what to do to return. Says email for return address.
Did that and was told ‘returns aren’t recommended’ then asked me to send pictures and measurements of the parts of the clothes that don’t fit and then measurements of myself. Then told me it would probably be too expensive to return them.
What?!?

I ordered a "jean" dress that looked cute in photos, but arrived nothing like the photos. The fabric looked like that cheap shiny fabric used to make graduation gowns! Awful. They don't give you information to return the item so you have to email the company--both chicindress are the same!!!!! Here is what the site says...."All return requests must be authorized by our customer service team before shipping to our returned address," which by the way is not on their website. They will ask you to take photos of the item and send them, and want to know specifics as to why you want to return it but THEY get to decide if it is a good enough reason.....this is communication all through email. It was like being robbed in broad daylight. Such a Rip-off. They drag their feet too in hopes of filling the 7 day window to return. I decided to throw it away rather than deal with this company. And guess what? It came from China......imagine that!
