This company states a return policy on their website but in reality you the customer have to pay shipping. My 48,00 item would have cost over 40.00 to send back. Their sizing chart is inaccurate. They offer for the customer to keep the item and they will send $7.80.

I only got a portion of my order. The most expensive item never showed up. On the site it states a "partial" order was sent. Why haven't I received the rest since October?

I wish there was a box for zero stars! This company is a fraud. They sent me the wrong item. I have emailed them three times To correct the mistake, with no response. Worst customer service ever! There is no way to contact them. They do not respond.

I did not want to even rate 1 star! I wish there were a way to rate negative 100 stars!!! I also wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing the POS of a dress I bought for $50.00. EXTEMELY poor quality!! They only offered me $10.00 back for a refund & then insisted I pay all of the return fees including import taxes to China. What a bunch of immoral criminals!!! They know exactly what they are doing - SCAMMING good people out of their hard- earned money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I would have given zero stars. I ordered a dress and it came and it was huge!! It could have fit three people. I tried to return it and they asked for pictures of tags and SKU numbers, neither of which came with the dress, it literally had no tags or paperwork and came in a plastic bag. They eventually offered me 25% refund of $10 for $55 purchase! Don't order anything from them!

I would give zero stars if I could. They sent me overalls that were the wrong size and a completely different color from what I ordered. They said" sometimes the color varies slightly from the photo (they were 2 different colors) and we are sorry they don't fit but you picked the size." They refused to refund me anything at first and then ended up only giving me a 10% refund. Horrible!

Will not give you a return label or replace any item's. Wanted me to put the items on and send them a picture in order for me to get a return label WHAT! Then sent me the WRONG pair of pants! Also the site made the pants look like they were denim jeans and they were NOT!

The dress Ordered is too large.
I requested a return address label to return the dress and request a refund be applied on my credit card. The company refuses to provide a shipping label. Instead the company requested I provide my measurements for them to provide a solution to me. Totally ridiculous customer service

Scam. They have charged my credit card $200. I never even ordered anything from this company. Tried to call the number and it was disconnected. So mad. Only giving it one star because 0 was not a option.

Total scam, ordered on December 1st, said it would arrive the day before Christmas.... never shipped. I have been ignored for WEEKS! Over $100 they just took the money and ghosted me. I have reached out on every platform multiple times and not a response on any of them. This business is a total scam and they need to be taken out of business.

I adore buying from this company, and my order was fantastic. The reasonably priced things that are offered truly impress me.

With the greatest efficiency, another order was filled and delivered. My dress was processed quickly, and it was mailed out in two days. This organization provides beyond-explainable customer care!

Shopping and the orders are readily compiled and smooth service. Recommended!

The only reason I’m giving them a 1 star is bcuz there’s no zero. I never got my order, contacted them & let them know but still didn’t get anything. Was very disappointed bcuz I really wanted what I ordered. Wish I would’ve seen these reviews b4 I wasted my money!!!!

This is the most disreputable company and I advise to NEVER buy from them! Even PayPal is siding with them.

I spent $75.00 with them for junk! Two dresses are made poorly and they do NOT honor their policy!!!

Good luck trying to return something. They are based in China and expect you to return it or they will give you a 10% credit. They said I should give it to a friend or donate it. I have never ever had an experience this bad. They ended up giving me 35% back. Nothing on their website about this being the "return policy". Beware of this company!!!

Never had a problem with quality, size, due to my careful reading of all description, from size, to fit, to quality. Only reason not 5 stars is that you have to wait a little longer than most sites for your order (I am not a patient person, when I see something I like, I want it right now! , so not their fault, is just my personality, ) but do to cost,..and the final product,..is always worth it,.. very cool clothes

Absolutely been well and truly scammed from this company! Please don’t buy from them. Not a true resemblance of what is offered! Shabbily made with poor material. Don’t buy!

Placed order they took the payment and still no dress delivered and they have now stopped replying to my emails!!! Do not order from this website it’s a total scam !!!!

Do not order from this account. You do not get what you think you order, they are using other companies photographs and receiving a rubbish copy they have made in a cheap factory. Avoid, Avoid.
