Never got the item.

Do not order from here! They won’t let you return items unless you pay for your own shipping back and I took 2 swimsuits to usps and the cheapest option was $46 to ship them back to china so I would have only gotten about $10 back. They also said I may be deducted import tax. Their return policy on their website is very confusing also

This site is a scam. I ordered and it took over 2 months to arrive and never arrived. I asked for a refund 3 separate times and they keep asking if I still want the items shipped, today they said if I want to cancel I will pay a 15% fee to cancel.

Do not order from this store. It’s a nightmare and a scam.

It's a fun page, although the big announcement at the beginning of every page is too much, it takes half the screen and it's a bit annoying, the rest it's easy to search an follow.

Using the website was easy. The only problem was when selecting products sold together… instead of updating the cart, it was showing just the recent select products.

1st time purchase, easy to follow, it looks from reviews that products are good. We review further once delivered.

STOP 🛑 DO NOT BUY anything!! Oh my gosh disastrous service and terrible garments. Everyone on here is telling the truth, wish I saw these reviews too. The product came without tags and also faulty. The material is cheap. They continue to offer a discount on next purchase instead of refund as suggested on their website even though the swimwear was faulty and weird cut. Seriously please save yourself the hassle

Horrid experience with this seller. Avoid Chic-bay. I should have checked here before I ordered. The swimwear products offered on their website look very nice and different than standard, which is what attracted my attention. The products I ordered were 2 swimsuits and 1 robe.
Each of the 3 items was misrepresented by the photos and did not have the same colours or even the same fabric shown (opaque, heavy polyester fabric used in actual item sent vs the light, translucent linen shown online) . The fit was also very strange for 2 of the items. The worst part is that the return process is basically impossible, as they tell you you have to pay for the shipping and any duties all the way to China and this is indeed likely more costly than the purchase total itself. In lieu of sending back the items, they "highly encourage" you to accept their "offer" which is to buy more products from them at a 40% discount on the next purchase... why on earth I would want to purchase anything further from them with the awful quality of products offered AND the non-existent return option?? Do not waste your time and money.

At least the items arrived, but the sizes was not true to guide, and they did not match the photos with attachments incorrect and seams where they did not show. The worse was the near impossible return/refund process. They first tried to bargain, then claimed ridiculously expensive return postage fee (way more than the arrival, and to include import duty). I gave up!

Terrible quality bikini & swim suit. They refused to provide me with an address to let me return the items. When they finally did provide an address (in China) it cost £20 to return the items. However, I have been unable to get the items released from customs as the whole site and process is in Chinese. Chic Bay would not help. This site / company is a scam.

Another shambles china website! Orders don’t arrive on time, colours are way off, returns are a nightmare!!! Won’t be ordering from them again!

TERRIBLE. Agree with all other reviews including SCAM reviewers. DO NOT BUY. The swimwear is poor quality not at all like the pictures. Structure of bikini tops absolutely awful and poorly manufactured. Arrived damaged. Appears to be American site but products arrive from China. Avoiding sending me a return form after several emails so they are totally ignoring customer rights in order to keep your money. They Do not operate in usual returns procedures therefore leaning towards this being SCAMMERS. I would urge you not to buy anything from this website. They are taking me round the houses with avoidance tactics in order not to send me a returns form. No company following usual protocol would do this.

Delivery took an eternally long time...

Clothes are way too small, even though I ordered my normal size. But the worst thing is that the ordered goods look completely different from the photos!!!

Unfortunately, I didn't read these reviews beforehand, otherwise I wouldn't have ordered there. Since I've already read that returns don't work anyway, because on the one hand you have to pay return shipping and taxes yourself, and on the other hand they then act as if the package was lost, I'll save myself this process and just throw everything in the rubbish. Too bad about the money.

Absolutely the worst!
I have ordered a bunch of bikinis in February and still haven't gotten them! They said the package got lost and returned by accident! It's now end of August and they don't want to give me my money back. DON'T Order from them!!??

I wish there were a zero star option! This is a scam!!! Never got my order, the tracking says "failed to deliver", although there were no attempts. The customer service is horrible. They refuse to refund, and I made this order 2 months ago and never got anything from the. And now they are asking me to pay them again for delivery. This is just horrible. Please don't buy anything from them!
