Complete joke! The garments photographed are not what I received...
They were listed as "cotton/linen" and a nasty 100% polyester cheap fabric arrived!
Cheaply made, dreadful shape and trying to look like the photos they put up...

I really can't answer yet. I'm just hoping these sweaters are really a wool blend.

I thought I bought 2 sweaters, instead I received 2 polyester tops with poor quality printed designs and dye splattered on the material. Totally misrepresented the product!!! Do not purchase!

Terrible quality and I was sent two different sizes, neither of which fit. Pictures look great, and like other reviewers, I thought the shirts were cotton or linen but no, cheap thin shiny fabric and poorly made. I'm trying to return and get my money back but we see if they abide by their Instagram promises. A great pity as I love the designs. Beware Instagram sellers.

Buyer beware: the quality of the fabric is truly terrible and the fit is so, so strange. I ordered "cotton" and "linen", but what I received was weird and uncomfortable synthetic. The sleeves and shoulders were bizarrely narrow. When I tried to return items (their stated policy says they accept exchanges and returns) they refused, instead trying to offer me a small discount on a future order. I can't stress this enough: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Do not buy anything from this company. I received my product from them this week. First of all, it looked nothing like the picture, like laughably bad. This is one of those companies that uses that cheap synthetic fiber and screen prints a pattern on so it looks like the material is textured but it’s basically a dollar store tablecloth. That is not necessarily their fault. That’s my bad for not realizing that. Sucks because they make the clothes look good in the images so it’s very misleading, but not even my main problem. The product had holes inside of the pockets and the stitching was incomplete. When I reached out to request a return, they told me to go take the dress to be repaired then ship it back (which I would have to pay for plus any taxes or tariffs) then they will decide if it could be RESOLD before giving me a refund. Total joke - save your money do not buy from this company! Scam.

Everytime you click on an item to look at it, it would be nice if it didn’t go all the way back to the beginning.

I recently spent over £200 on clothes from Chic Bay, and I couldn't be more disappointed. My order arrived in two separate parcels, which too 2-3 weeks to be delivered.

Firstly, after placing my order, I was informed that several of the items I had requested were out of stock. The customer service team initially refused to offer a refund and kept pushing me to swap for other items, which I didn't want. It took a lot of back-and-forth communication—and a threat to leave a negative review—before they finally agreed to refund me for the unavailable items.

I decided to keep the two items they did send, despite them being of terrible quality, just to avoid further hassle. When the last parcel finally arrived, I was appalled to find that the clothes looked nothing like they did online. The materials are cheap, the stitching is sloppy, and the overall fit is awful. I feel like I've wasted my money on clothes that are practically unwearable.

I strongly advise against shopping at Chic Bay. The clothes are poorly made, the delivery is slow, and the customer service is a nightmare. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Order a nice clothes snd sent out a piece of material. Joke. Scammers

I've ordered a few things and they weren't bad honestly. But then when it is bad they screw you right over. Purchase address which looked nothing, absolutely nothing like the pictures. When I sent them pictures of what I got. They absolutely refuse to refund me any money at all. All they could do was give me a 10% discount on my next purchase. It's honestly nothing really special. The stuff from the site. I would recommend even try and find it somewhere else even if it's a little bit more money. If you are 5'8 or taller, you can't wear any of their long dresses with heels anyways.

And they also do not allow any negative reviews to be posted on the actual website. I tried posting my review on the website providing pictures of the item that I actually received, and they will not post it. So all the reviews are filtered.

Shopping was so easy!

If I could give 0 I would. This company is a scam. Wished I had done my research before ordering. They supposedly “expedited” my shipping and I didn’t get my items in over a month. I was ordering it for a trip so it was no longer needed after a month. Ordered $350 worth and they want to refund me $50 if I want to ship back to them, so basically I’m paying $300 to ship these items back to them. They are negotiating with me to keep my items basically threatening that the cost to ship back is so much so that it’s not worth it for me to try and get a refund. Basically, don’t waste your time. The quality is crap and the service is worse.
