I recently visited the Chevignon store in Galleria. I found the entire staff there extremely professional and helpful. Jonathan helped me and my daughter with product details. I have been a customer of their products and am satisfied with the quality and their service after a sale.
I had an old Chevignon leather jacket which needed a new zip pull. Contacted the company who were absolutely brilliant and went way above what was expected in terms of customer service. They were top notch in assisting me.
I purchased three pairs of boxers from my local supermarket. According to the sizing, they were the right size... but after wearing a pair for a day it was obvious they were not suitable. There was no "fly" and insufficient material to accommodate male genitalia, I kept falling out and my testicles were pinched with the stretched seam. If I had to guess these are boxers for females.
After an initial email, it became clear that Chevignon takes no responsibility for these items as they are "under license and are not offered in our official retail outlets" and "we can only suggest that you contact the store where you purchased them for any information regarding these products".
After many more emails, they still refuse to be accountable for this product.
A totally unacceptable situation.
