Chestertons have been very effective at letting my property, getting new tenants evrytime with virtually no delays. Ryan has been particularly effective and professional in property management.

Chestertons have always found me a tenant very quickly in the difficult short let market. They are an old established reliable company and I can thoroughly recommend them. Ryan Briggs, a property manager at Camden, has always been extremely helpful and efficient and I usually turn first to him with any problem.

Generally Megan Lumb in the team was great to deal with - responsive and very helpful with negotiating our tenancy. However it did feel like quite a change once we had an agreed offer - the referencing process, identity checks and getting the contract agreed was quite clunky and slow and needed persistent chasing from us and felt quite unprofessional at times. Overall however we have found a great flat and have made it through the admin eventually!

This review is for my property manager Risida Geeganage who was so helpful during my tenancy. The apartment I rented had a few maintenance issues crop up during my stay that required extensive coordination on Risida’s part. She took on that burden and kept me apprised in the most timely ways. I was also undergoing medical treatment at that time, and I appreciated her compassion in scheduling appointments around my hospital visits. Risida excels in communication, the most important skill for a property manager.

Ann Dickson, our Property Manager, has been outstanding and incredibly supportive. She is always proactive, efficient, and consistently friendly. Whenever I encountered issues with the property, Ann responded quickly and worked diligently to resolve them. Her management has truly been exemplary. Happy new year.

We worked with Chestertons to rent a flat. The flat was landlord managed, therefore they only worked with us during tenancy start and end period. For the paper work everything was okay. But there was a disagreement with the landlord while we are moving, they were not involved at all and mentioned that this is landlord managed property, they cannot be part of it.

Property Management has been excellent, with Risida as the property manager. Risida is always friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. Responses are timely, and any questions or issues are handled quickly and efficiently. Overall, Risida’s responsive service and clear communication make the experience smooth and very positive.

Chestertons have rented our property for the last 20-30years.But over the last 3-4 years the service has been far from satisfactory. In fact I was looking out to
change the agents when Risida Geeganage took over the management of the property. Since then the management has been excellent. I hope it remains so.

Risida manages my apartments at Chestertons currently. She is incredibly efficient, friendly and brilliant at giving me advice on issues relating the property and the tenants. She’s clearly very capable and hope she will stay as the property manager for my apartments for a very long time.

We have found the whole process of renting through Chestertons very easy. The customer service and follow ups from the property manager Risida Geeganage have made the whole process very easy and we look forward to working with her in 2026!

We had a transition from the previous letting agent over to Chestertons - and they have always been freindly, happy to help, and quick to respond. Thanks especially to Risida Geeganage (our property manager). We have not had to use the team much, but when we have they have always made sure they get to the bottom of the issue and keep us updated.
