Product and service excellent. Only criticism paid for 24 hr delivery but took 48 hr due to error

I really loved my chessboard and chess pieces. Excellent quality. Exactly how it looked and was described on the website. I always find it hard choosing online and not in person but this company and chess set did not disappoint. Highly recommend.

Nice product, would have given 5 star had game not been damaged in packaging which was really insufficient. Fortunately was able to fix the damage otherwise a return would have been needed.

Such a amazing range for all tastes and budgets. I had a good browse and made a short list of several sets which fore filled my requirements. I eventually chose the one for me and placed my order. 2 day’s later it arrived and I had a NASA astronaut experience. I was absolutely over the moon 🌚 and it’s a wonderful feeling every time I get it out for a game or two. So very happy with my choice and purchase and the craftsmanship of the whole set and service 👍

The order got shipped incredibly fast and my dark wood clock looks incredible! There was a small mix-up with the engraving but it was very easy to reach their customer service portal and have it amended! Would definitely buy something from them again in the future! :)
