I see two years ago someone had a poor…

I see two years ago someone had a poor experience. Wish I would have checked trustpilot before ordering. The return policy states they accept returns, the dont honor this at all. They dont answer emails. So I called and got a call back. An unprofessional immature girl will call you, be nasty to you, deny the return, and hang up on you. She said they dont take returns, I asked for proof sent to me that they dont take returns and she did not. I filed a chargeback with my credit card as the package came damaged on top of it all.
