I'm not a big fan of RTG slots. I did win one time but never again. The rollover (40x )is too high compared to the other sites I play at. Although you have great coupons, if I never win, what good are they?

I don't understand how I can make so many deposits yet never win a dime.

The staff is attentive and helpful however payout times via BTC take longer than advertised if you request payout from Thursday to Sunday bearing in mind high volumes and staff operating hours. They are quick to resolve any issues and have always delivered on paying out winnings though they should incorporate the cost of network transfer fees into payouts so winning patrons do not incur said network fees from their total payouts. Overall good experience, payouts could be a little faster and smoother, staff is attentive, helpful and friendly, decent variety of games to choose from though alot of them are essentially the same game with minor alterations and the only negative really is the claim for RNG you will noticeably always win more frequently and in larger sums when using coupon codes and they come with absurd playthrough limits and conditions like limited betting sums that are affected by bet multipliers etc... would recommend this casino to anyone who plays regularly and wants to try their luck!

Unfortunately I'm not able to receive my big win from cherryjackpot casino for the past 4 months.
They asked me for extra documents, after my account was already verified, which include a video of myself which I sent them. On Aug 2nd 2023 they sent me an email that the 3rd party ( game provider) investigating my win but since then all they did is to close my account. I submitted a complaint at casinoguru and they reopened my account. Unfortunately, Im still not being paid my winnings

Cherry Jackpot is a fun casino. You will do good on the slots. The only complaint is when it comes to payouts. They claim 48 hours for bitcoin, this is false. They claim two days for identity verification. This is also false. I’ve had to give everything but my left arm as verification and am told one night I’m verified, then the next morning I have more things to turn in. I’m pretty sure my ID, my credit card statements, my utility bill, and my tax return are more than ample, but was told it still needed to be verified but the cashier’s (that don’t work weekends). So my 48 hour payout will ultimately take 8 days. Like I said, the games are fun, just don’t expect to get your winnings in a timely fashion. I found it more satisfying to dump the money back into the games, and put my money into the casinos that actually have quick payouts.

It is easy to get to and east to deposit. Only thing I don't like is that yall don't offer loyalty chips

I love the bonuses. I do have a problem with deposits. For some reason one of my cards won't work. I only have two cards I use so it does make depositing a bit difficult. But i do enjoy playing at your sites. Support staff are fabulous as well. Have a great day!

Cherry Jackpot has all the slots I enjoy playing...and...they actually pay you when you win!! It did not take weeks to receive my payout like other casinos, so that was nice. Also, everyone I've chatted with online or on the phone have been kind and helpful.
