I'm surprised with the bad reviews. My sealer works great from day one, and I'm using it daily. I hope it continues to work, because I love it.

So far its horrible, its not holding a charge . When it does it not pulling much air out. Forget trying to use it with liquid. Bought 3 of these . 2 for gifts . I am embarrassed to have thought these are legit. The concept and idea are good . The product not good at all.

The device has worked, but when I used it to hold my strawberries. The next day, I found the strawberries, having been under pressure, soft and damaged. They lasted a shorter time than when I had kept them in their original container from the grocery store. Bananas also did not do well. I used it for cookies and it pressed them together so firmly that I could not separate them. In order to eat the cookies I had to take three of them mash together and eat around the edges. Definitely a bad guy.

Excited to receive the product and put to use. Unfortunately, the product did not work - light was on showing it was activated. I thought perhaps there was a flaw in the bag. I opened another bag nothing. I did submit a form requesting a return label on their website under contact us - two months later no response. $99.00 for a product that does not work nor the company responding. Very poor experience.

I received mine about a month ago. I use it all the time. I used it on 1/2 of an avacado on a Tuesday. Didn’t return home until the following Sunday snd it was still green and tasted as greasy as it did when I first cut it open. I’m telling everybody that they need to get one. I do wish the glass containers were less expensive. Otherwise, it’s great

Ordered from hawaii and paid almost one month ago and still no delivery in sight ! When complaining I receive a letter of apology but no inquiring about the merchandise who is stuck or lost in SFO for 2 weeks! This company does not care about customers! Do not buy from them !

Would not recommend this item. Bought in August 2025, stopped sucking the air out. Can't get a replacement or refund.

I had liquid go into the vacuum. I couldn't open it to dry it and contacted the company by email. They responded the same day apologizing, wanting my address to make sure it was the same so they could send me a replacement with no charge. I responded with my email the next day. They sent me another email the same day thanking me for responding, giving me tips about the liquid and said they will be sending the replacement out immediately. I was so grateful of their immediate attention and how gracious they were. I don't understand the other reviews but I in no way had the same experience.

The convenience of a handheld sealer with reusable bags is excellent. I have used mine every day since I received it. My first order, even though the receipt showed it was delivered it was not and when I contacted the company to let them know it was not delivered. They sent me a new order right away and did not charge me. I do not have any issues with this company or their products.

OK, so now they just sent me a new email today from another Customer Service person asking me what they can do for me. Heck, I just want my measly credit they STILL owe me. Really a poor company to do business with and read other reviews the product SUCKS!

What a crappy company service! Don't buy from them as they are extremely difficult in honoring their return policy. Did exactly what was stated in my decision to return it and they tried to bribe me to not send it back. Never again will I consider any of their products! Way to go Wade in CS,you ruined your companies reputation!

The machine stopped working after 3 bags. There is a sound coming from the bags that makes me believe they are not vacuum safe. This is a scam!!!

My device does not work. Also, I was charged $99.00 and it is advertised much cheaper on a number of sites.

The vacuum sealer stopped working after using it 3x. Tried charging it, but it won't charge. I tried contacting the company without success . I punched this product less than a month ago thru Klarna.

my problem with this company is they do a bait and switch when I ordered the item. It was on sale. It showed. I was gonna get three containers, the vacuum sealer and the bags and it even showed on an email through them that this is what was being fulfilled in my order . Chef preserve did not fulfill the order they kept out the containers and when I reached out to them about it and showed them proof of pictures and what was showing on the site and on my email that i was supposed to have the containers they brushed it off and just told me I need to purchase it separately.

Sometimes it works. sometimes it doesn't.
I can not use the bags after they have gpne through the dishwasher. What is the prioblem?

Had this machine for about a month then it quit.
My bad! sucked up some liquid into the machine.
No bueno! Company stepped up and replaced it.
So happy, I love this product.

Overpriced garbage. Bag lost suction the next day. The pear slices I put in it overnight went all smooshy and brownish. $150 for what? The nerve! When there are better brands and reputable at the same price or even more affordable.

I’m happy with the product but I charged it and the blue light won’t go off . I can send a picture if you like.

Stopped working after 2 months and possibly 30 applications.Recharged the battery, blue light stop blinking that means is completely charged. But when I tried to seal the bag didn’t work at all. I am disappointed. I have larger vacuum sealer machine that has been working very well for years. I bought this since looked handy and on battery for smaller amount of food. I don’t recommend buying it at all.
