2 Non-working Vacuums
I purchased 2 of their vacuums and both went out during the holidays when needed the most. Their contact information is to a website that does not get a respond. I have sent 4-5 emails to help@ chefpreserve.com with no respond. When purchased I was told I had a 2 year warrant which should still be in effect since, I just purchased them last June. There's no customer service no phone number and no way of contacting them. I purchased 2 of these items as stated and I received 1. There's no one to speak with, only an email. I feel the items are great but, please fix the problem. Customer Service shouldn't be this complicated.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. I ordered my device on 12/15 and it never arrived. Yet my credit card was charged twice for different amounts by a company disguised as lighting. There is no phone number on their website but there was a toll-free merchant number in my bank record. It was bogus and I was immediately disconnected. My bank confirmed the charges were fraudulent.

THE WORST customer service!
THE WORST customer service and delivery service ever experienced. Company promised 3 day shipment and Christmas delivery. Purchased ten days prior to Christmas as a gift. The item SHIPPED a month later. When contacting the company, I received “No worries. Have a Good Day.”

I could never get the bags to seal. After several attempts I gave up and sent them a request to return for a refund. So far NO response to my request. Do not purchase this product.

Easy and reliable to use
Received my vacuum sealer as a gift in November. I have been using for 3 months with no problems. It does a good job sealing and it was easy to set up. I charged it up and started using. I find that a small bag might be better for me personally, but I think that most users will be families.
nonexistent customer service poor device operation
I purchased one of these devices even though I have a larger foodsaver model. This device worked well a few times and then stopped vacuuming on both bags and containers.
I have contacted customer service 3 separate times over from the time of purchase in the middle of December and into January. as of this time I have not heard back from them at all.

They dont deliver on time. If you call They wont answer instead they suggest texting. If you text They wont reply either. And if you send an email its as if there isnt a person that reads them. Instead you get a blanket statement thst could be for anyone. NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN

I initially could not receive any customer service. They finally did reach out to me and offered to make it right, which I very much appreciated. Apparently, they had a bad apple in customer service. I absolutely love the product and use is daily. So simple and fast!

Customer service is terrible. The only way to reach them is by email. That is AI generated. No real person answers. I've been waiting 2wks for a refund. I started out great
I started out, loving the product. Until it stopped working well within the two year warranty.. I’ve left four request on the help submit a warranty claim. I’ve still not gotten any reply. I think that sucks as a company. I’m in the customer service business retail/customer service. I can see why you’re overall review are to average. If I was considering this product, I strongly recommend you read the reviews and as long as it works, it’s a great product, but if there’s an issue, they do not stand behind it or so far I’ve had an awful experience. Do not use it with liquid because that will surely screw it up even though they said you can I am really disappointed in the company‘s customer service. Y’all should be ashamed of your lack of care and concern to your customers. You probably won’t read this and you still will not reply.
Not keep fresh
This product makes vegetables and fruits spoil faster; absolutely do not use it. If you do decide to buy it, only buy it from Amazon. Returning the product through the company's website is very difficult and complicated.
I love my Chef Preserve
I love my Chef Preserve. I've been using it for almost a year and I still haven't had to charge it. I just received a second one for another home. I use it to freeze all my meat. The meat stays fresh with no freezer burn whatsoever. I wash out the bags by hand, which is no big deal. It's also great for freezing bagels. The only thing you have to do is put the bagels in the freezer for a while before you put them in bag to seal them because if they are fresh and soft they will be crushed. Don't be put off by the negative delivery reviews. It really is a great product.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
would love to actually leave a review about the product, but like many on here, i ordered early december for xmas present, was promised 2-4 business day free delivery. few days before xmas called customer service as no tracking was ever sent (also as promised)... customer service asks you to leave a voicemail lol. did this 2x over next couple of weeks, and emailed them twice too. needless to say, package never arrived, i have no idea how to track to see where it might be. they had absolutely no problem billing me of course. stopped payment on credit card. what kind of BS operation is this.

ordered far enough ahead of time that it was to arrive before Christmas but here we are New years eve and can get any info. NO tracking not hey were running late, just nothing. Return policy they claim but no cancelation option. I think we were scammed.
